“I would like to suggest that if an order is to be sent using a two posting system, then a statement to that effect on the initial invoice should state, ' Part Order Only', 'second package to follow'. I did not fully read the email I received confirming my order and therefore failed to see that there was a possibility of two separate parcels. This is not a criticism only a suggestion.”

“Straightforward online ordering with usual confirmation email. Fitting the cat door was straightforward enough using the template provided as a guide for my jigsaw. The magnetic tags hang on a ring that slips over the cat collar so that it swings freely underneath. Both my cats took time getting used to this but the mechanism opened the cat door effectively. Having had a rival version some years ago their magnetic attachment fitted snugly onto the cat collar without the movement and I think this was better. Not sure what happens if another cat is fitted with the same device?”

“Hello I have been buying Plaque off from my local pet shop as they recommended it for my two Russian Blue Pussycats tooth hygene. I did a price comparison on google your company is the best price, easy to order and free Postage which is great I have been advising my animal owner friends to purchase it from you.
