“Compared to the amount I am charged by my vet, Mr. Pets is so considerably cheaper. I love my dogs but the cost of vet charges has increased so much of late that I have taken to buying off the internet. I would recommend Mr. Pets to any animal loving owner. Identical products to those issued by the vets but so much more competitively priced.”

“Fast delivery. Didnt communicate how to send prescription until after checkout. Requirement to send hard copy is a pain, scanned copy is accepted elsewhere. Good deals on products.”

“Great quality products and fantastic customer service - I will definitely be using Mr Pets again. Unfortunately an item ordered was not delivered (although it was posted promptly from Mr Pets) and deemed lost by the Post Office - After making enquiries of the Post Office and contacting Mr Pets they offered a replacement item or a full refund - which they honoured without any further questions - fantastic people to do business with - customer service second to none!”
