“Mr Price advertised a method of payment by using a phone and using the *# code. This method is always " currently unavailable ". I was unable to pay my account using this payment method last month and this month. Extremely frustrating and bad service.”
“I'm so disgusted and disappointed with the level of service delivery. I bought a phone at Mr Price Eerste river in September 2021 the phone started to freeze in mid 2022 and I took it back to the shop as it was still under guarantee that was August 19 2022 . The phone was sent to the repair center by Mr Price. I received a tracking number which I still have and that was the last time I had contact from them and Mr Price. I have always went to the store to get information in regards to the phone. I have been there 9 times to date. They received a exchange order number from the service center and still no exchange was done. Today a year later and I just came from them again now I was informed that the slip expired as I bought the phone in 2021. How foolish the phone was booked in and they delayed the process how is this my fault. The store manager will now find out if they can still exchange the phone yet they are responsible for all of this. I'm spending money everytime I'm going there for nothing who will reimburse me for that. I can never again do business with this store and I will take this matter further. I have all original documents and am not going to leave this here.”
“I order some items online the 17th July 2023 ,apparently my cell number was incorrect so the delivery guy couldn't get hold of me .The 24th July I saw I got a email the Sunday to provide my correct contact details. I ask for feedback another person responded asking again for my cell number which i gave again on the 26th July. Friday the 29 ive made contact via watsup i was told my parcel was at the dispatched and showed pending delivery just to check the 1st August my parcel was returned and i got refunded without notifying me ,Horrible service and helpdesk is a waste of time ,this is the 1st time it happend to me after many years of ordering online if i do not get my refund i will go to the news papers what a rip off”

They told me they have been to my house and I didn’t answer my phone but I went to check my contact number and it was 100% correct. I also went to my phone app and saw that I didn’t receive any missed calls from anyone

“I am so disappointed with Mr price , went into the store to close my account last year end of November l paid it all up and we called the accounts department over the phone they confirmed my account was closed only to see a statement in the mail December l paid it in full as l have relocated overseas. 2 months later l keep seeing they sending me statements to pay , so l emailed to let them know l had closed my account in November and still paid in December even though l had already paid it infull they turned around to tell me l must pay again. I feel taken advantage of because l had closed that account but it’s still open it means someone didn’t do their job properly and l must pay”

I made a purchase for a very expensive couch and was told it would be delivered with 5 to 7 working days. It is now day 9 and no delivery has been! I decided to call both the store and customer service line only to be assited by very rude untrained agents that offered nothing but pathetic reasons and poor service with no phone etiquette what so ever. After sending through proof of payment to the incompetent bunch, I received no response and it is now my duty to follow up once again! I will NEVER EVER recommend Mr Price, their products, and/or services to anyone else ever again, I will in fact speak of this pathetic experience service received the next time I hear "Mr Price", so much for "brand authority", I am appalled and disgusted quite frankly!”

“I have Mr price money card, that card is their way to make people pay for something they didn't sign up for😔on top of service fees there are covers being deducted from that card, which I didn't agree to. I emailed Mr price to cancel those covers last year, I was sent a message stating that they will be canceled within 30days. Well, till today they are still there. And now I gave up on that card, I'm no longer even paying 1.2k monthly installment (which ridiculous if you ask me) they are getting less than a thousand from I'm tired of their scam. I don't see a use because I'm no longer gonna take anything from them.”
