“I am so disappointed with the East Rand stores. The range is no longer exciting or relevant
and the stores are badly designed and set up. There are no mirrors except in the change rooms and no stools in the shoe/active shoe department making it challenging to try the shoes on. The air conditioning is non existant. It's almost as if they don't want you to have a pleasant shopping experience. I am no longer enjoying my shopping experience at the store. The standard has dropped significantly.”

“For years I have been shopping at Mr Price as I've always loved the different stuff but since moving to Jhb that is all changed. You have officially lost a loyal customer. I had been shopping around for a couch and decor and finely landed up at mr price where I found everything I needed, at first I was double thinking everything as for my small little family it was alot of money but because I needed the stuff I decided to buy ( worst mistake ever) since ordering the couch online through the help of the staff in the shop I have had endless problems trying to get my couch. Finely after waiting so long my couch was shipped on friday so I waited till yesterday. Yesterday morning I use your whatsapp line to find out what's happening with my couch to be told it shows city logistics is waiting to assign a driver to deliver it should be sorted by 12. I waited till 1pm and then again contacted mr price to find out and was told my couch is out for delivery so I wait and wait later message again to see what the hold up is as I had an appointment to get to and was told the driver is on the way so I wait again only to wait and wait longer to which I had to cancel the appointment making me loose money. I was then told there is a delay and I said sort it out which I was told can only be done in the morning. While this is all happening my hubby is on the phone with city logistics trying to find out what is going on and where is our couch only to be told it never ever went out for delivery. So tell me Mr Price is this how you guys work, take customers hard earned money and then not only do we get bad service but we now officially are getting lied to and I have all the messages as proof. I can understand the poor lack of service but been lied to not once but multiple times takes the cake. Also please dont come now and apologize as that will not work”

“I visited Mr Price Homes on 3 Nov 2022 at the Fountains Mall, Jeffreys Bay. One Francois was very helpful, I wanted curtains but they did not have the right measurements in stock, yet it was available on the online store. So Francois ordered online for me, delivery would be within 5 - 7 days, order number 202720085163. Today (8 Nov 2022) I received a call from a courier company, the guy was in some town in Limpopo with my parcel and could not find the street on the address. The address on the order is in the Eastern Cape.... So I called Mr Price Customer Care on 0800 212 535 - the girl said she's putting me through.... It took so long my airtime got depleted.... Then I tried the Whatsapp customer care service.... Got a message asking order number and name, then one saying they had many queries and would chat soon..... I waited 50 minutes before somebody responded and, as i then only saw the message 3 minutes later, before I could respond I got a new message saying the chat was ended because I was unresponsive.... The service stinks!!”

“Mr P had buy one get one free promotion . So I bought 20 tracksuits for R120 each and 20 beanies for R10 each for Charity. If I had paid in the shops I would have gotten 10 Tracksuits and 10 Beanies for free but because I bought online they made me pay for 20 tracksuits in full and got the R10 beanies for free.
