“I visited Mr Price Homes on 3 Nov 2022 at the Fountains Mall, Jeffreys Bay. One Francois was very helpful, I wanted curtains but they did not have the right measurements in stock, yet it was available on the online store. So Francois ordered online for me, delivery would be within 5 - 7 days, order number 202720085163. Today (8 Nov 2022) I received a call from a courier company, the guy was in some town in Limpopo with my parcel and could not find the street on the address. The address on the order is in the Eastern Cape.... So I called Mr Price Customer Care on 0800 212 535 - the girl said she's putting me through.... It took so long my airtime got depleted.... Then I tried the Whatsapp customer care service.... Got a message asking order number and name, then one saying they had many queries and would chat soon..... I waited 50 minutes before somebody responded and, as i then only saw the message 3 minutes later, before I could respond I got a new message saying the chat was ended because I was unresponsive.... The service stinks!!”
“Yoh I'm very disgusted by the service you get on mr price app.I ordered online on the 3rd of October and today is the 10th and I haven't received any update,no order number,just nothing. “Mr P had buy one get one free promotion . So I bought 20 tracksuits for R120 each and 20 beanies for R10 each for Charity. If I had paid in the shops I would have gotten 10 Tracksuits and 10 Beanies for free but because I bought online they made me pay for 20 tracksuits in full and got the R10 beanies for free. This is not fait. I spend R5000 and they not willing to help me.”
“Mr Price Online order extremely poor delivery, ordered 1 item, for a Store to Store delivery, on 30 Aug, today already 9 Sep still waiting for the delivery.
However they invoiced the account immediately. I've phoned customer care, the lady said please hold the line while I'm tracing the order, well after 30 min I hang up. For such a huge company, your online service are ridiculous. You whatsapp option is just as poor.”

1st i bought a 2 in 1 pack of T-shirt bras where one size was right and the other is marked right but is obviously 2 or 3 sizes smaller. Because its underwear they wont exchange it.
2nd i ordered online and they sent me the wrong item. Again its underwear so they wont exchange it. I complained 15 days ago and still have had no feedback.
Not one of these were my negligence, but the problem is not being fixed.

“I placed an order on the 3rd of May and the parcel was due on the 6th of May. I went on the app to track it down it said *delivered* but the order wasn't delivered. I waited the whole day for my parcel. I went on mr price WhatsApp business account the agent told me it was delivered which was a lie. My items cost close to R800. I've bought at mr price online before all was well but now I'm so disappointed. I want my stuff period point blank!!!!”
“Really like to go to Mr Price Sport but I get very disappointed when the changing rooms are dirty and the door does not lock. To top it off, their toilets were also dirty and had no toilet paper. You can do better Mr Price Sport Tygervalley☹️☹️☹️☹️.”

“The items which were delivered to me were not the same with what was advertised on website. They were not only made of wood as was advertised but of ceramic and also broken in half. I wanted to return them via currier and contacted Mr.Pr several times on website and WhatSapp. Received only generic answer on Whatsapp and nothing from Mr.Pr.
They return service looks very cheesy and smells BAD.

“I wish I had looked here first!! They should have a Minus star. In Dec 2021 I purchased a gift voucher for R1,000.00 for a friend, unfortunately the friend only has a cell phone and no computer. When she went to the store she was told she couldn't use it in store only online???? She tried again a few weeks later and was told this again, while she was in the store she phoned me and I spoke to the shop person, who also told me it could only be used online as I purchased it online. I ended up giving her the money for the voucher and have since been trying to use it online. What a joke!! This must be the worst online sales program I have ever had the misfortune to use. I have also phoned 5 different people and have been told 5 different reasons why it isn't working and that it would work now, no such luck, one of which was because I was using a computer in Australia, that I needed to use a PC in South Africa. I got my brother who lives in South Africa to login to my account and try and pay for it with the gift voucher - same thing happened. I have emailed the head office and any email address I can find and no-one has the decency to reply. If no-one can help me pay for this order I want a refund of my money as soon as possible.”
