Mr price has the utmost disgusting fvckn service ever! No proper staff and no proper communication in their fvckn department! I spoke to a BONGEKA in customer service this morning about a services which I have been trying to cancel for months and all she did was send an email and ended the chat! The shittiest most disgusting, unprofessional service you can ever get!

2 different experiences. 1st i bought a 2 in 1 pack of T-shirt bras where one size was right and the other is marked right but is obviously 2 or 3 sizes smaller. Because its underwear they wont exchange it. 2nd i ordered online and they sent me the wrong item. Again its underwear so they wont exchange it. I complained 15 days ago and still have had no feedback. Not one of these were my negligence, but the problem is not being fixed. You lost a customer for life.

I placed an order on the 3rd of May and the parcel was due on the 6th of May. I went on the app to track it down it said *delivered* but the order wasn't delivered. I waited the whole day for my parcel. I went on mr price WhatsApp business account the agent told me it was delivered which was a lie. My items cost close to R800. I've bought at mr price online before all was well but now I'm so disappointed. I want my stuff period point blank!!!!

Really like to go to Mr Price Sport but I get very disappointed when the changing rooms are dirty and the door does not lock. To top it off, their toilets were also dirty and had no toilet paper. You can do better Mr Price Sport Tygervalley☹️☹️☹️☹️.

I went to fetch my lay-by ,I paid for it and waited for fucken 2hours for it ,I didn’t get a chance to eat or do anything ,bad customer service , I am not happy at all .

I don't know how many times I've had to delete and re-download the App because of how slow it is. I have now been trying to check out my items for the past 2 weeks with no luck, app just says "error" 🙄 really frustrating app if you ask me.

My order has been shipped for over 2 weeks and I have no tracking number or communication from the couriers. I have contacted mrp helpline for 5 days already and they just keep saying they escalated the query. For someone that works in customer service, their agents are poorly trained and at this point I feel like they are lying to me. Some just give and answer and leave the chat without me getting a chance to ask a question. I am deeply disappointed. I have never struggled so much with Mrp

I had ordered shoes online 2 months ago, the last message I got was "shipped" after a week of the order. Ever since, I can't even track my order, they are saying I haven't ordered even when I have proof. Don't shop online with MrP

The items which were delivered to me were not the same with what was advertised on website. They were not only made of wood as was advertised but of ceramic and also broken in half. I wanted to return them via currier and contacted Mr.Pr several times on website and WhatSapp. Received only generic answer on Whatsapp and nothing from Mr.Pr. They return service looks very cheesy and smells BAD. Won't order anymore.

I wish I had looked here first!! They should have a Minus star. In Dec 2021 I purchased a gift voucher for R1,000.00 for a friend, unfortunately the friend only has a cell phone and no computer. When she went to the store she was told she couldn't use it in store only online???? She tried again a few weeks later and was told this again, while she was in the store she phoned me and I spoke to the shop person, who also told me it could only be used online as I purchased it online. I ended up giving her the money for the voucher and have since been trying to use it online. What a joke!! This must be the worst online sales program I have ever had the misfortune to use. I have also phoned 5 different people and have been told 5 different reasons why it isn't working and that it would work now, no such luck, one of which was because I was using a computer in Australia, that I needed to use a PC in South Africa. I got my brother who lives in South Africa to login to my account and try and pay for it with the gift voucher - same thing happened. I have emailed the head office and any email address I can find and no-one has the decency to reply. If no-one can help me pay for this order I want a refund of my money as soon as possible.

I've been contacting mrp for a over a month and I still haven't received my order No one responds to my emails, when I call, your'll just say in transit Where is my order? Mrp customer care is absolutely pathetic. I've been trying to find out about this order for exactly a month now, no one can give me proper feedback. I asked for a refund and received no communication whatsoever !!! Your'll didn't deliver my order so your'll clearly just stole my money!!!

So upset rn I'm a Mr price account holder going the Cavendish store for a shoe i saw on the app limited stock left but it's not on the shelf/floor the worker literally told me they do have stock but it's at the back and they not gonna open the boxes how disgusting i already had a hard time linking my account to the app to make the purchase so instead drove all the way to the store for nothing the same store that has the stock just sitting at the back 😤.

I really hope you didnt pay the people who coded your ecommerce website Its slow. items go out of stock just as you check out having to go back and take unreasonable amount of time trying to get items removed just to go back in again and have some other items out of stock. discount vouchers apply until you pay then the voucher gets reversed. With an ever growing amount of customers embracing eCommerce mistakes like this on your sales platform will give your business a significant blow in the long run

Extremely disappointed in the new MrP online website. Definitely no upgrade a def downgrade. One second there is certain products the next its not there. search engine throws out one thing when you look for it under category nothing is there. or there is no product under the category but under whats new there it is.

I have ordered something online and i called to find out how far is my order they said they handed it to the courier which is pargo. When I called pargo to find out how far it is they said they have not received it and it has passed it's delivery date now I don't know who's playing me and I need to leave tonight coming back next year. Now I want my money back an told it's not possible.

In July, R900 was debited from my bank account twice, and I reversed one payment a few days later. In my October statement, MRP claimed that they never received the other payment. I've sent them proof of both and my bank statement. I even went to my bank to get a confirmation letter that one of the payments settled into MRP's account in July. Their "superhero agents" refuse to assist or investigate where the money is. Now I lost R900, and they want me to pay the same amount again when their system took the payment. On the 5th of November, I saw someone writing a review that they had the same experience in May, and in October, MRP wanted to notify them that one payment was missing. I'm closing my MRP account immediately and wouldn't recommend anyone to open an MRP account. THEY ROB PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD-EARNED MONEY AND REFUSE TO NOTICE THEIR MISTAKES!

Worst app EVER!! After selecting all your items and when you want to check out it says your order was not successful. This is the most infuriating and frustrating feeling. I actually should close my account and shop online from SHEIN. What pathetic service.

So i ordered like last week and they said the delivery will be on Friday Wednesday I get a message it's out for delivery. Friday still no delivery. The delivery date is on Friday so I whatsapp them to find out where my delivery is they say itsbout for delivery(without my status being updated). This morning still no delivery. I hopped back on whatsapp this person repeats the same things "they only deliver on weekdays" I'm like okay but WHAT is the delay se says ahe doesn't know and can't follow up during the weekends. I say okay but whatbis the delay why did they not deliver. Same thing "they don't deliver on weekends" I told her/him yes I know. Then I was told that they don't have a reason on their side?? Doesn't it show why? She also told me that they only make 3 attempts. I asked her what if it's not my fault and they fail 3 times then there will be a reason. Pathetic MRP has lost it
