“Most of the things I ordered arrived late so they were not used as the Christmas present that they were intended to be. My partner just informed me that one of the shirts has stains on the bottom. We didn’t notice straight away as they were still folded and in the wrapping.”

“Have not received item 1 week after estimated delivery date given by shipping company. Its starting point according to the tracking info was within my city so its very frustrating. Now the tracking info is not available. Not the retailers fault but would be great to be told which company will deliverying. Past experience has meant I would have avoided if I needed the item at a certain time (it was a present)”

“I was sent entirely the wrong product which I have returned but I am now told that what I ordered is not available. I currently haven’t been given a refund or advised when or it what I ordered can be delivered ☹️ Now I’m being asked to rate a product I haven’t received 🤷‍♂️”
