“My shopping experience was easy, user friendly. However, I miscalculated on the sizes of the boards. Apparently the one I bought is very tiny. You have enough room to cut or slice a couple pieces of fruit. These boards are also expensive. They work great, easy to clean and use. I just wish I ordered something larger.”

“Customer service was responsive and efficient. Cutting board is awesome. However I am NOT a fan of SHOP-which is the shipping/fulfillment that is used for MTC. Products are great but there is no guarantee of ship date, it's vague with updates and products take WAY longer than any other items I have purchased online. I like MTC-I DO NOT like Shop.”

“Placed an online order near Christmas time. MTC was very communicative that they were behind and my order would take some time to fill. I was in no hurry and appreciated the communication, I had not inquired about my order at all. Order was packed very well and exactly what I ordered. This was the only place the Takamura knife I wanted was in stock. Very happy with my purchase and with MTC. Glad I threw in a tube of wasabi as it is actually hot unlike the ball at most sushi places.”

“It’s great to use YB 02, 06& 03 sushi containers. But needed to order for 2 weeks before run out coz delivery time took long. One thing, delivery may cause some container crushes.”

“shipping is hella slow but it gets there eventually! if you are buying with a timeline in mind add about 2 weeks for shipping and it should be fine!”

“Happy with the product itself. Extremely unhappy about the lengthy processing delay. Patiently waited several weeks then called. Was told my order (all of which was in-stock at the time of ordering) was processed, packed, and ready for shipping and would go out the following business day. Another week passed and nothing was shipped. Contacted again, threatening to cancel the order, and only THEN was my order finally shipped.”

“While the package shipped out later than expected, it still got there on time. When you contacted me with the news it was shipping late, I realised I needed to change the shipping address due late shipment. Your team proactively cancelled the original order and reordered to the new address. I was so pleased and felt like they respected my time in doing that.”
