“The Music Junkie staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. As well as answering all my technical questions, they took time to chat about what I was trying to do, and made several excellent recommendations. At no point did they put on a salesman's hat and seemed to genuinely have my best interests at heart.\n\nThe store itself carries a massive range of stock and I'd have no hesitation recommending these guys for anything form a plectrum to a complete recording studio setup.\n”

“Totally satisfied. Service was friendly and attentive without being too pushy. I was given plenty of time to try out several amplifiers before choosing one. \n\nThe staff had a good in depth knowledge of the products and were able to answer all of the questions that I had.”

They are always willing to give advice and have excellent customer service.\nThe store has a great selection of guitars and other musical instruments and accessories with strong aftersale support. You know they'll do anything they can to help sort things out.\nYou feel like they remember you as a customer and have a genuine interest in your musical passion.”

“Only downside is the shop is far from where I live in Corby Northants. Open one in Corby where Business is up and coming and you will receive lots of business not just from in Corby but surrounding towns and villages. \nI have and still would recommend Music Junkie to all friends and family. \nThe service was Excellent!”

“I was a total novice on ordering a Banjo for my son for Christmas and the staff were excellent in the professional advice given. My son was extremely happy, so I would certainly return or reccomened them for any future advice or instruments.”

“Service in all areas was very good. Considering the relatively small size of the shop, the range of products offered is good. I would like to see a wider range of studio equipment such as microphones and monitors, or at least have the option to order items from a wider range of suppliers (such as ****, ****, or ****).”

“There is no disabled access into the store which causes me problems as I am a wheelchair user..\nI have bought all my other 4 guitars from Sheans Music as they have disabled access so I am able to try before I buy.\nI understand that the staff are willing to help me in but this is unacceptable as I find this humiliating. \nOn my last visit I ordered and paid for guitar over the phone and the staff put the guitar in the car which was very kind.\n”

“I did ask if a Luthier could set up a new guitar I was told that it was set up at the factory, and as you well know that is not a fact not to a good standard\nI was pleased with the service I received from a saleman named Dan he knew how to talk to people and make you fill at home I also parted with more money ,good slaeman\ndelivery waited over to long for delivery there was a hold up but I was not informed, the packaging was good ,delivery 2/5 sevice 4/5”
