“Great service. There was a mix up with my order, and I felt the staff there made the extra effort to make sure I was sorted, and even tailored the delivery day for me to make sure I could collect my synth.”

“Having ordered a speaker stand, I expected it to arrive 3-5 working days after, which is standard. When it didn't come after 3, I contacted Music Junkie, to be told that it would have to come from the manufacturer and would take longer. Nowhere on the website did it say that it was not in stock! I think this should be added. \n\nWhen it did arrive, I opened the parcel to find it had a damaged extending pole and a broken head on one of the tightening nuts. It looked like it had been dropped on its head.\n\nI contacted Music Junkie who were very helpful but they did have to order it again from the manufacturer. It has been delivered this week, with extra packaging, and is fine.”

“ALL GOOD DAN WAS GREAT SHAME YOU DID NOT HAVE THE EBONY EBO BASS BUT WAS NO LOSS CHERRY RED IS GOOD AND I LIKE IT JUST AS MUCH DONT KNOW HOW THEY DO IT FOR THE PRICE BECAUSE I WOULD NOT CALL IT SECOND RATE JUST VERY GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY PLAYS WELL AND LOOKS GOOD SOUND JUST THE WAY IT SHOULD BACK IN THE 60s THANKS AGAIN OH AND THANKS FOR MACHING THE PRICE ??20.00 SAVING GOT TO BE GOOD THANKS THANKS AND THANKS AGAIN”

“I would definitely recommend music junkie too friends, the staff were welcoming and helpful. I was encouraged to take my time in deciding on the right guitar for me and didn't feel like I was being pressured into a sale. I will be going back in the future should the need arise!”
