The fur lining of these boots is nothing like the other uggs I have. Scratchy instead of lush and soft. Still cute but I believe these are knock-offs.

The product was different than what I ordered. Can’t talk to a live person. Tried live Chat and got no response. If after business hours I guess they don’t respond to messages that were sent the day before. I was also charged a restocking fee on returns and I had to pay for return shipping. You get five days to return after you get approved.

I liked the boots so much! Just feel like the boots are a bit darker than the original chestnut uggs.

It was some defects on the stitching but really not that noticeable shipping was fast.

I bought the wrong size and unfortunately missed the deadline to return it was only 10 days that’s much too short

Love the boots! (Bailey Bow Tall in Chestnut). They are definitely authentic (unlike what some of the reviews on the BBB claimed). They arrived quickly - in 4 days. What I did not like was that their horrible customer service. I emailed them twice and live chatted once but never received a response. The live chat said if I don't receive a response, I would be emailed, but that never happened. I wanted to know if I could get an extra week for retuns in the event I needed to exchange for a different size. They only allow 2 weeks for exchanges or returns and I needed 3 weeks, as they are a birthday gift for my granddaughter. My other complaint was that there was no pamphlet inside the box like I've received in the past from UGG boots. It described the item, said whether or not it was treated for weather, etc and care for the boots.

The UGG boots arrived 2 days after the email claimed they arrived. Most likely due to delivery service. The Tall UGG Classic Boots were way too tight. This is completely unusual and has never happened with any other Classic Ugg boot. I need to return. They also looked dusty.

The items ordered were shipped fast and arrived as described. The reason I dropped 2 stars is because customer service is unresponsive. There is no phone number and chat messages are not responded to. I sent email with an issue and a question. I never received a response, however the issue I raised in the email was resolved. The question I asked was answered myself once the items arrived. Customer service is extremely important for any business and I'd be hesitant to order again if theirs does not improve.

These are not Ugg’s. They are a very good knock off, but for the price you should just get real Ugg’s.

The return was expensive. It was not straight forward either. I had to go back and forth between various emails to find my order number. I could have sworn I ordered size 7 but apparently for the first time in my life I 'forgot' my shoe size and ordered a 5. Once you submit a return request you have to wait for approval. Then you return to site to input tracking number. Who knows if it even got submitted. Hence, I emailed my return tracking number.

Very hot and heavy sneaker. Supposed to be good for a lot of walking. Feet are a mess but hips feel better. Very disappointing considering the cost.
