“I can't fault the service and the product was delivered promptly. However the product is extremely disappointing. These dolls are shocking for the price, a £160 doll who's head is attached by a piece of string, really? My daughter was desperate for one and had done her research, but even she was very disappointed. Seriously how can a doll like this cost this much?”

“Ashlee is a beautiful doll with long black glossyhair in bunches which, when taken down, is in long layers to about about her waist. Her eyes close when laid down. She has a medium/soft body and her arms and legs are firm. She has a lovely face and beautiful skin and lip colour. Her jumper is sparkly and very pretty. The only small down side is that her little pants are too small and easily pulled down by the trousers when you sit her down - which is slightly annoying, but a bigger pair of pants are easily obtained and should cure that. We all though she was lovely and good value.”
“The doll was delivered very quickly, thank you! However the film over the front of the doll was pierced, had a crack in it. The outer cardboard box it was posted in was intact so you must have known about this before you send it, just before Christmas. Took the shine off the 180£ doll I had saved for, but the day before Xmas eve not much I could do!”
