“I ordered some doll shoes from another supplier in Early November through Amazon, not knowing they were to come from Hong Kong. They let me down badly and did not arrive for Christmas and now won't arrive until January. What was I to do? I found this wonderful company, who pulled out the stops and just a few days later got two pairs of shoes to me in time for Christmas. My granddaughter is so pleased with them and I am pleased with this company.
When I told my daughter where I got them from, it turned out that she had bought the American Girl doll for her daughter from the same company. This was the same doll the shoes were for.

“Ordered a few bits which were despatched quickly. Waited in all day and only popped out for 20 minutes to pick up kids - obviously delivery was attempted whilst out which I missed by one minute!
Suggestion: if someone is buying toys, chances are they've got kids so it would be an idea to use a tracking delivery service which gives options. DHL's card said they'd attempt delivery the next working day but lo & behold got a text on the Saturday morning they'd attempt again- 'by the end of the day' so waited in again uncertain of delivery times.
I contacted the seller regarding delivery but no response to date (over a week ago).
Bought girls and matching dolls clothes - cheaply made, which should really be described as 'for fancy dress only' so won't be buying again.”
