“Shocking customer service, delayed and still haven’t received my parcel after 17 days. Not worth it.”

“Don’t buy anything from this company. I bought a photo blanket from them and I paid for the plush blanket and they sent a fleece blanket. When I asked for a refund it took ages to get back to me and in the end refused to refund me my money because they couldn’t resell it. I’m so upset about it. What company sends the wrong product, a cheaper one than you pay for and then refuses to take responsibility and give a refund?”

“The customer service for this company is appalling. You cannot get hold of them via telephone or email. I have left numerous emails and no one has come back to me. I had a generic email to say there were production issues and now I cannot get hold of anyone to find out what is going on. It says here queries resolved in under an hour - absolutely not a chance, I have been trying for days.”

“Ordered a blanket and a framed picture. Arrived very late. My-Picture’s customer service is truly dreadful, one of the worst I have ever experienced. Web site communicates via a Bot, which an answer phone message subsequently refers you back to! No chance of a call back, emails go unanswered. When the items finally arrived the blanket was OK (not great, just OK). Same for the printing, but the frame looked like it had been attached by a blind chimp. Items appeared well wrapped, but, if their web site is to be believed, had been in transit for 11 days, so maybe it took a hit. If My-Picture put a fraction of the energy into delivering quality products, on time as they do marketing (swamping you with ‘Special Offers’ - way before anything has arrived), my experience would have been entirely different. Will be going elsewhere next time.”

“£20 for the smallest jigsaw, colours dull and lacking brilliance. Came minus a box. The idea is it is on a board. So no reference when building jigsaw, or means of storing it! When it arrived all the pieces were just sitting in a jiffy bag. Absolute garbage. Other companies I have ordered jigsaws from have much better presentation. When I contacted them to complain they offered me 50% off my next purchase with them - excluding delivery or special offers or discounts - but considering everything on their website is heavily marked up then discounted - it was a less than worthless gesture. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.”

“Ordered a photo jigsaw as a gift for a friend. Price is the same as other well known companies but unfortunately not the same quality. Arrived in a flimsy brown “pizza” box with a picture stuck on the front in a bag. Of course, the box was crushed and damaged on arrival given the cheap quality and the fact it was just placed in a bag to be sent. Immediately tried to call, it was not possible to speak to anyone. Emailed my complaint with photographs. They are refusing to deal with the complaint and keep asking for photos of the jigsaw itself which was not my initial complaint. They take on average 2-3 days to reply to my emails but have gotten no further than sending me three emails not commenting on the photographs or offering a solution but asking for more pictures of the jigsaw. £30.00 down and unable to gift this to my friend.”

“Still waiting on my order and you ask me for a review so here it is. Awful customer service, directs you to an agent and continually cuts you off. Order late and not received and no one helps so 1 star and I’d score lower if I could as all I’ve received is a pile of advertising mail from you while being out of pocket”

“Spent £50 for two framed photos for a gift for a special occasion. The frames have no backs so you cannot put them on the wall or stand them up. Pictures come blurry. Customer service is horrific, emailed as unhappy with the products I have received and all they can say is my complaint is not justified and unable to get a refund. So I have paid £50 for the privilege of finding out how poor quality and appalling this company is! Do not buy!!”

“Ordered a jigsaw puzzle, which did eventually come. However, it came in a plastic bag, not a box like you would expect and no picture. Had to make a box and get a picture myself. Rubbish product. Like another reviewer I expect the many five star reviews, with very similar words are fake.”

“This company is a classic 'push the name to the top of the search' they produce rubbish work in the cheapest frames and charge high prices. I suspect the 5 star reviews are generated by outside agencies. The practice of pretending to be a UK company is really shameful.”

“The quality of the picture was very poor and I paid £10 for a framed back wich was missing. The Plastic acrylic looks cheap ordered a small one before I put a big order for quite a few so glad I did. Avoid at all costs total rubbish I think I'm just going to throw mine in the bin.”
