“poor quality jigsaw piece , came in a jiffy bag!!!!! hugely disappointed, never had or seen such a poor flimsy jigsaw in my life. do not recommend anyone purchasing a jigsaw. no idea about other products i can only speak for the item i bought. i know it was cheap but... does that mean the workmanship is cheap too??? so so so disappointed.”

“Shocking customer service ! Tried twice both times delivered damaged ! Won’t deal with you had to escalate to PayPal to try and get refund ! Victoria was especially rude Personally i think this was down to the fact I rang with ten minutes left of her shift. Customer services only open 10-3 !! Hardest time Of the day to make a phone call says it all really !! Beware especially ordering the metal art work !!”
