Unfortunately I never got the items and them using UPS is woeful. The driver left me a rude voice message and I could never get my item. Ordered well in advance of Xmas and now need to get a different gift

50# of the pictures I ordered, were delivered with an awful white band above and below the picture. Absolutely no point having as not able to hang and show. Another picture was printed so dark I could hardly see the person in the picture. Never again !! Ever will I use this service. Absolutely terrible quality !!

I was looking forward to seeing the picture.. When it arrived the corner of the cardboard had been damaged through to the corner of the picture.. Was a Xmas present... Just hope the next one I've ordered comes OK

Every acrylic on photo is not as per original photos in terms of brightness. The website upload and framing did not match the tiny small email photo I received and only realized when I received them with heads cut and scaled different to how I set it up on the website. Obviously no human checking is done throughout the printing process. Whites where greys so much so I will not be hanging any and all 9 A3 acrylics are only worthy of displaying in the bin.

I wish I had read the bad reviews first. By all account, most of their good reviews are fake. The customer support is non existent. Picture never turned up. Don't waste your money.

I ordered and paid for SIX canvasses on the 13 November. You delivered the two large canvasses on the 19th November. Over TWO weeks later (03 December), I am still waiting for the FOUR small portrait canvasses! I have lost count of the number of times I have phoned between 10.00 and 15.15. Have not spoken to anyone. I have lost count of the number of times I have e mailed.All I have had is a series of option responses. One of the canvasses was to be taken by a family member to Australia last week. I now have the expense of Airmailing the portrait to Perth. You say on your customer service that queries are resolved in less than an hour. Rubbish. All I have had from you is a tracking number with UPS and that has changed TWICE in the past two days. Where are my FOUR canvasses? How are you going to recompense me for the unnecessary expenditure? Ref:UKA39902463547 £96.50

Please avoid my-picture.co.uk. it is scam. Please avoid this company. It is a scam. I ordered canvas printing photos and i haven't received any order confirmation but they took money straight. I tried to contact their customer service but no way to reach. I tried to contact them for many times I could speak to one of advisor and they provide falut tracking number. I asked agent to wait while I checked tracking number from UPS but it doesn't exist. I complained to agent and she hang up. It was the worst experience and customer service.

The quality of the image on my canvas was very poor but I think it was because the original photograph quality wasn't good enough to enlarge. Be aware of this when ordering.

Avoid at all costs! Complete con artists! I ordered 2 canvases from here and when they arrived they had a white line along the edge. I complained and they stated it was an error in the photo end you could obviously see they had aligned it on the frame incorrectly. After much tooing and froing they agreed to replace - i had to reorder through the website and when i got to the paypal payment cancel so that the order goes to then as incomplete, they would then send my replacement canvases at no charge. When I followed their instructions however, the payment went through as PayPal on my phone is automatic. No problem I thought I'll email them and they can refund. We'll turns out that as I signed up to their terms and conditions when the payment went through and they're a German company they don't have to refund me and won't! Even though I have evidence that the canvasses were supposed to be complementary due to their previous substandard product. Until people stop buying from them they will continue to scam people.

When I placed my order last December, the countdown clock on the My Picture website clearly indicated that my order would arrive before Xmas. My order didn't arrive until 6th Jan! This was really awkward for me, and the customer service was absolutely useless afterwards. I would never buy from My Picture again.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered wall photos thay came without the hook and the "customer service" would not help me remedy. I recommend using another company, they are rude and hung up on me .

Awful company and totally lacking in customer service skills. Picture not delivered 10 days after it was supposed to have been despatched although they state delivery within 3-5 working days. Said I had to wait another 4 days when it will either be delivered or returned to them. Refuse to refund. Ordered as a present for a birthday last week so, if it ever does arrive it will be well after the birthday. Advertise as a UK company with a UK website but they are a German company. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.

Ordered a picture on 6 October for a bday gift, it was “ready for dispatch” on 7th and has still not arrived (22nd October). Given this is a UK delivery this is unacceptable - 18 days waiting for a simple picture. The bday has been and gone. I’ve written to customer services and was told “we have no influence to control postal deliveries” - not exactly the response I was looking for

I ordered a canvas was a wedding gift. The recipient did not receive it. When I queried this they said they would investigate that was 3 weeks ago and nothing has happened apart from continuous emails saying it was being looked into. I also contacted the delivery company who admitted it was lost. So what's to investigate. Oh and despite the .co.uk email address this company is based in Europe. The brief conversations I have had by phone have been abrupt to the point of rudeness. So I would never recommend this company.

this is a terrible service, it started good, however, first items sent with damage ink runs, they i order two lots 6 weeks ago and they lie stating they got delivered and sent back and now am told they no idea with the lots are ? the service is terrible i would to recommend this company to noone

Absolute rubbish - don't waste your money the pictures I uploaded were printed a quarter of the size ordered and were not straight total waste of money
