My-picture.co.uk have been nothing but trouble for me personally. They trade under a.co.uk name but are based in Germany. There delivery times are not what they say they are and when I try to conplain all there reply is under German laws I have no rights to cancel or resive a refund. Really difficult company to deal with.

This "UK" company based in Germany is a waste of time. I ordered a canvas on 11/2/21 and have had 2 automated emails from them. One telling me there was going to be a delay in production and then another telling me that my product won't arrive until 3/3/21 (now 4/3/21 as of 10:55 on 1/3/21) This is naff all use to me as I ordered the canvas as a gift which I hoped to be giving on the 1st of March. I thought for a basic item from a "UK" company I'd given it plenty of time but I didn't bank on a 20 day lead time. I imagine there are abundant Covid and Brexit excuses that Das Bot can automatically spew at me but at the end of the day if you aren't in the UK don't pretend to be. If you are going to take 20 days to get something to me that I could get from a genuine UK company next day delivery....... Let me know and I'll take my business elsewhere. Update: just had a Brexit exception notice from UPS. Delivery pushed back to "end of day" on 4/3/21. How much longer is this going to go on? Reply from Mypicture was automated rubbish so no idea when my real delivery date will be.

Ordered on 10th Feb and haven't received the product yet. Each time UPS updates the tracker it still stuck in Germany due to Brexit related issues. Customer service is very poor. you have to wait to 2 business days to hear from them and even then it not helpful. If I have known they were in Germany, I wouldn't have ordered as they are misleading customers to believe that they are from the UK. I don't recommend them at all

AVOID!!!!!!!!!... Placed an order on the 16th of Feb for a birthday gift, not arriving until 3rd of March well beyond the delivery slot, staff have been nothing but flat-out disrespectful on the phone with regards to handling the order. Birthday has come and gone. Use someone else.

Do not use this company. Still awaiting delivery promised for beginning of February. They are based in Germany and not UK. Delays blamed on Brexit, very poor customer service and very poor delivery service. Will never use them again.

3 weeks delivery. I've constantly asked to be refunded and been ignored. Customers service is shocking as no one listens to a word you say. God luck...

Terrible service. Do not use!! I have been waiting for over 2 months now (ordered mid December 2020) for my purchase to be delivered before Xmas. I've now had 3 failed attempts to deliver and each time the delivery has gotten stuck with their delivery provider and never made it to my address. I have asked repeatedly for a refund as this has been going on so long (email exchange with this company is up to 35 emails now) but keep being fobbed off that it is still coming with no actual real update on anything. If it can't be delivered, they should at least own the issue and refund me. Would never use again.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY If I could give this company a - 0 review I would. The worse company I have ever had the unfortunate encounter to use. I ordered my item on 2nd of January for a special occasion. I am still waiting. I have contacted them on several occasions regarding this item. I was told to be patient and due to brexit it will take a little longer. I then went to trading standards where I found out I was entitled to a refund as it had passed 30 days since the day I had ordered the item. I have asked for a refund several times. When I then mentioned the trading standard act I then got told its been held up in customs and to once again be patient. I am so angry right now with the lack of information offered up by this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Atrocious since December. Take a look at Trustpilot or facebook comments and save yourself a lot of aggro

After using lots of on-line digital photo companies, I always had a good experience every time. Then I decided to choose, 'MYPICTURE'. When they informed me that they'd finished production, and it was ready for shipping, I assumed it would under two weeks at that point. After complaining, I was told to, 'be patient'. As the picture was for a special celebration I was shocked by their repeated requests to be patient. Sadly, the days have passed and nothing is being done to resolve this.

Would not recommend using this company. I placed an order and realised a typing error had occurred so I instantly got in the touch to be told they could not do anything to help me, even though the order had not even processed yet. I feel like this is a scam and must happen all the time, where many customers end up in the same situation as this. Not only that but the customer service and communication is absolutely appalling, there is no one to speak to be phone and very difficult to get in touch with, being the only method is to send an email to enquiries. When they got back in touch with me they informed they could do nothing to change or cancel the order and provided no help for me at all to resolve this issue. So i have now ended up paying for a product with the incorrect information which is totally useless. Advice for anyone looking to find a nice personalised gift for your loved one, do not use this website, or if you do be 100% sure there are no possible errors because once you click that is it and they wont let you change anything even if you contact them instantly.

Recieved my picture from germany today advertised there business from uk delivery sucks . The picture i have recieved is not central coming from a professional company you would of thought the picture would be wrapped around the frame just needed little tweak, but NO!! WAS LEFT AND PRINTED AND SENT ANYWAY ??? wheres your customer care, all my pictures on canvas ive had done eles where have been done correctly. This was so very important to me , i feel you had no care to get my picture centralised on the frame and could of blown it up instead of havingg 2 black lines down the sides not central.I Dont know why you even bother. So upset ive paid quite a bit for this you had no care and attention to detail my photo irs not even streched ove frame rediculous you could of checked it.

Ordered 2 large canvas, they have taken my money, order shows complete but has not been dispatched. Customer service is non-existent!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS
