“Used them twice so far, we have been very happy with the items we have ordered. We are most happy with the mat, mug, mouse mats and canvas prints, we have not been so happy with the mini blocks. Brexit and Covid did delay delivery, but they kept in touch with us explaining there will be a delay. We will be using them again soon, they make on the whole good quality, good value for money, personal items, keep up the good service .”

“Ordered for christmas and was told it was ready to ship on 19th December. My dad received it on 2nd Jan. The frame also does not have any hooks on it for hanging. I understood that for a few days the border was closed but I was disappointed as i initially thought that i was using a UK site as it is registered as a co.uk site to then find out that it was coming from Germany. No mention of this was on the checkout/delivery page.”

“Ordered as a Christmas present before the "guaranteed" delivery deadline. Arrived on 2nd Jan. I raised it as an issue as I no longer needed the picture and the response I got was 10% off my next order. Not good enough. There will not be another order as I will try mixtiles next.”

“Every time I order from my picture I can’t fault them. Just for Christmas I ordered 2 pictures but they was delayed because of what was happening in the Britain, but now I have just received them. I recommend them with 5 stars. Well done.”

“I can only comment on the quality of the print on the board which I am very happy with and will be ordering from the company AGAIN it is a print on a hard board which cuts out the need for a frame. Customer service good, unfortunately I ordered just before France closed the boarders so only arrived yesterday......”

“I’m very happy with my photo but the costumes service team were great keeping me up to date when the borders were closed due to COVID so I knew my order would be later than expected so would deffo use them again”

“This was my second order with My-Picture. The first was very good, the second not so good. I didn't realise the canvases are not produced in the UK and therefore my Christmas order got caught up with the border closures. The two canvases I order arrived on 31 December. The quality was poor and the images dark. Not such a good experience this time.”

“Order was made late December in the hope of receiving for Christmas but due to the COVID restrictions placed upon the UK at this time the print did not arrive. I was fully informed of this issue by my-picture.co.uk and fully understood the issue. Excellent service”

“PLEASE READ THIS! I purchased an item on the 18th of December 2020 as a christmas present. However, till today on the 1st of January 2021, the item as not arrived. The initial promise was that the item delivered latest by 23rd December. I have tried to contact them, however the website tries to divert customers away from getting ACTUAL help. If you are looking through all those "fantastic" reviews, think twice.”
