“Rude customer services, still waiting for a gift that should have arrived before Christmas. No information as to when Or if I will receive what I have ordered. When asking for a refund I was sent a short obnoxious email quoting German law, with no information about when I will actually receive my order. Shop elsewhere!”

“Terrible service!! Terrible service!!! Still not received my order, I’ve actually reported this company to Trading Standards - a close family member works for them. It’s dreadful service and TS said they’ll be able to do something for sure due to there being so many negative comment!!!! I’m relieved as this company don’t deserve to be operating. You have my money and just don’t send the items!!! This is ridiculous- I am going to post so many negative reviews on here and all over social media and internet- no one will ever use you again!!!!!!!!”

“Scandal of a company! Avoid at all costs! Doesn't send your items out and when they do, they are exceptionally poor quality! Still waiting on a cushion personalised that was due to me at the start of December. I did however receive 2 personalised mugs but which have been distorted to the point you can't see 3 quarters of the Image. Its also very funny how this company will not allow images to be shared on their Facebook or reviews to be left! Take a quick look at their Google reviews and comments left by thousands of unhappy customers! I have complained and they have blamed myself. They have not even acknowledged the fact I'm still missing items!”

“I am waiting for an order I placed on 2nd December. A gift for my father - who we cannot see this Christmas because of Covid. I have emailed twice, there is no online agent just a Bot that can't help you and the telephone number does not exist! The company informed me they had sent the gift on 11th December, it is now 22nd December. They have my money and my father doe snot have his gift. Do not use this service!”
