“I bought the Biocube Safe for my Daughter that just went off to College. The safe was delivered on Tuesday and my daughter picked it up and took it back to the dorm room and open the box to find out that UPS damaged the safe pretty badly during shipping. I immediately sent the CEO Scott an email with photos showing the damage. To my surprise he answered my email within about 30 minutes which shocked me because it was after 8pm Mountain Standard Time. He went above and beyond my expectations and reached out to a few of his team members Carrie and Jennifer and within 12 hours they had a new Biosafe being shipped to my daughter.. Being in sales myself I understand customer service and they truly knocked it out of the park! Thank you team Mycube, Scott, Carrie, & Jennifer.. Keep up the great work and look forward to doing business again in the future.. Todd Greeley, Colorado”

“I have been looking at safes for a while. Like everyone (probably), I went to Amazon first to see what they offered but I was not thrilled with any of the safes they had on their site. I googled ~safes~ and Mycube popped up. Their reviews were awesome so I thought why not? Their site stated great customer service and free returns, with many options for a great, yet reasonably priced safe...so what did I have to lose. My safe came very quickly and packaged very well. Instructions were easy and the set was even easier. I purchased the MyCube Classic with digital keyboard. It fits great in my closet and the bonus is-it has a light inside. When you open the light automatically come on. I recommend Mycube...you will not be disappointed!”

“ordered our safe for Father's Day gift and was contacted by Scott to let me know shipping is delayed for a variety of reasons but they would keep me notified on status; which I am happy to report they did. Received our mycube and it is better than i even expected. easy to install, clear instructions and easy to program. if your hesitating on which product to order this is your answer...... thank you mycube”
