“I just received my safe and it doesn’t come with a key. It said to contact the seller which is y’all. Is this a joke? How do you open the safe if it malfunctions.”

Hi Dana, our Mycube Fire safe has batteries on the outside so there is no need for a key. We state this on the product page of our website. Our customer support team merely mentioned that you can reach out to us directly with any questions about your safe. This safe is very reliable and we don't have issues with the operation. If something comes up, you can contact us and you would be covered under the warranty. Thank you

“I did a fair amount of research to find the right safe, the MyCube Fire safe is exactly what I wanted! It's the perfect size for me, roomy and heavy but not enormous and difficult to deal with. I feel secure with the fireproof safe from fires and theft, and I love how my valuables are organized in there now. The code setting and opening and closing is easy. Highly recommend.”

“The safe itself is fine. The delivery was terrible. There are no instructions with the safe and the instructions online are only for the small cube safe. I ordered the largest firemax. Customer service doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t call back. Overall the product is ok but customer service is terrible. Unless you can haul a 200 pound safe into your house alone don’t buy from this company.”

Thank you for your feedback. We sent you again an email followup with all the instructions. We have instructions and videos for all our safes on our Support Hub, an Instruction manual comes with the safe, and our customer support team gets back to every support ticket that we receive. Please look out for our email so we can get to the bottom of this and make sure you have all the information you need to operate your safe properly. Your delivery also comes with a delivery appointment call from the shipping company, and we include instructions at time of order about the process for receiving in your safe. “This is by far one of the best safes you can purchase for a bedside nightstand with extremely quick access.. It is extremely well built and they use high quality materials. It’s heavy, but not too heavy and you can even take it with you if needed.. Overall I would highly recommend this safe to others.. Customer service has also been very helpful.”
