“Took me a while to commit, but so glad I did. Mounted in my closet, I have immediate access to all my jewelry instead of going to our larger combination safe another part of the house. Easy, easy!”

“A big shout out to the customer service at Mycube! I wrote in to ask for help with a key that was not opening my safe - the batteries died and I could not open it with my key. Turned out that it was not their safe, but they still reached out within 12 hours of my panicked post and still offered to help me. Then, I got a second email from yet another person offering to help me. That is pretty epic considering I am not even a customer (yet :)). Thanks team!!”

“I just received my biocube mini. It’s size is perfect, you can easily put it in your closet. It’s very easy to register for fingerprint and password. It has a secret key hole, not easy to find. I assume that’s an advantage. Scott is a very pleasant man. He responds your email right away. They have a very good costumer service, very helpful. Thanks”

“Initial problems resolved. Think you should include instructions on how to open the safe with the safe...outside of the safe. Bought two; very pleased with both. Incurred an Error Message. Customer service was wonderful. Everything working well.”

The door is tight due to the packaging because we protect the safes during shipping so they arrive to you in pristine condition - the operating manual, bolt-in hardwarde, and batteries are inside the safe.
