“Fantastic service and value for money that has saved our sanity as new parents. To be able to know that dinner is sorted, it's not over engineered, it's healthy and it's quick is a feeling that's hard to describe when you're functioning on 2 hours sleep. But you guys have nailed it.”

“2 months in and still haven't doubled up on meals. My Food Bag has made things much more efficient on so many levels, time, money and waste, not to mention a little more adventurous eating at home especially for the teenager. Highly recomend. Nutritious easy and delicious.”

“I signed up for the Fresh Start 8 week reset and it was fantastic! I lost 5kgs and just felt so good, it really did reset me and get me back into cooking and off junk food! I highly recommend this if you do need a reset. Thanks MFB for such a great service!”
