“Am excited to get our Food bag. We order fortnightly as this suits us. The Vegetables , Meat,Fish and Chicken are very fresh. They are packed well, with ice packs.The meals are full of flavours. A good variety to choose from.”

“Thanks for the chance to give feedback. My FoodBag (Bargain Box) is variable and if anything the quality of the meals has gone down a bit in the last few weeks and we are finding it harder to choose meals. The meals are healthy but quantities vary between having plenty and other times just enough. There has been a mismatch between fillings and size of tortillas or slider buns. The packaging hasn't been as carefully done recently- tomatoes were a bit squashedand other packing a bit more haphazard one week (etter last week) and we recently were missing a recipe and then an important incregient (ginger sauce) for two separate recipes. We had low carb potatoes for a house with young adults where we need the carbs and the potato quantity is a bit light. Many of the recipes are very similar (chicken breasts with various sauces) and the salads are increasingly strange - things like cooked broccoli and lettuce together. Putting vinegar on salds makes them taste worse (not a proper vinaigrette). Potatoes almost always need peeling as they are green in places and cucumber skin is bitter (not telegraph cucumbers either) and also needs peeling. You need some information for novice cooks on things like techniques as I didn't know how to grate beetroot . Some of the instructions and timing is overly complicated. The salads get boring and overall we have had mostly the same selection of vegetables for weeks. Some recipes are a bit of a strange fusion- e.g tandoori tacos or pork mince koftas given pork isn't eaten in the Middle East. The deliveries are on time, meat is good quality (though mince a bit solid and hard to break up) but need more of smoked meat options which are small quantities (for recipes with tacos). Sauces are tasty, and spice packets work well and are convenient. Chipotle sour cream too hot for my daughter. Would be helpful to have some way of feeding back on the website apart from giving recipe reviews. We are having my Bargain Box after I have had an operation and can't cook but are finding we are getting bored with the meals. However the meals are very quick to make, and some are great, others not so good. Feed the Team meals work well for us when they look palatable. The two meat options are sometimes worth choosing.”

“Menus are very easy to follow. Not a huge choice of menus which can be limiting at times, and there are $$ add-ons with a number of menus. I choose from the Bargain Box menus as I can't really afford to look at the others. As a result I don't buy every week but do enjoy them when I do put an order through. Big tick on the great quality of the produce in those boxes, really good. Not had a problem with delivery or any missing ingredients which is great.”
