“I love my Food Bag due to the fact I am not a keen cook so any meal that usually takes more than half a hour I cannot be bother with. I love that all the food is supplied, the meat and veg are always fresh and the spices etc come with the meal and recipe. No longer is food and veg waste a problem in my kitchen. There is the added bonus that my husband loves the variety of the meals. Great investment!”

“Great meals, love the inspiration for new recipes and ease of not having to meal plan. Only downside for us is the amount of packaging. Would love to see a reduction in some areas, e.g. no need for potatoes to be in a plastic bag.”

“Always reliable, fresh ingredients. Some ingredients I wish were optional - like the herbs in packaging. I have my own freshly grown ones and feel bad about getting plastic wrapped ones”

“Overall the food has been great, took a few meals to adapt to the smaller serving sizes but it has helped me to lose weight, 10kg so far. All the extra herbs and spice packs with the yummy dressings make it really tasty and give it a special flavor so it feels like your having something a bit special not just meat and veg.”

“We're doing the 'Fresh Start' bag and have had great results with slow and steady weight loss while doing so. The recipe's are really yummy and are a great way to incorporate more vegetables into your diet in a tasty way. We find we are full after each meal, so the portion sizes are generous too. Sometimes I get a bit sick of all the prep work though, but that's life when you eat more veges and want to keep the meals interesting!”

“I have been using My Choice deliveries to help feed the tribe for about 6 weeks so far. The meal options are great, there is something for all tastes, even the fussy eater is happy! The gluten lite and dairy lite options are especially good. With all of the ingredients delivered and with the helpful recipe cards provided, my confidence in the kitchen is growing. I love that I am preparing nutritious, balanced and delicious meals for my family with very little effort on my part.”

“This has been the best decision we made all year. Each meal is delicious and easy. The ingredients are really good quality and the pre-portioned amounts make mid week cooking a breeze. We are enjoying cooking again, and looking forward to a new dish every night. Yum! (Kids like it too - they are previously fussy eaters, aged 5 and 7).”

“We've been using My Food Bag for over two months. every meal is different. It's like going out to a restaurant every day. I went vegan four months ago and we were running out of ideas for meals. My wife is the cook in our family, I'm in charge of table clearing and clean up. She loves the simplicity of the meals, nothing takes over 40 minutes to cook. Lots of lovely pre made sauces and fresh ingredients delivered to our door every week. Another thing I like is it's really easy to login to the online calendar and skip deliveries if we're away.”

“It’s good value for a family of 5. I enjoy making new recipes and having a good variety, and go back to some recipes to cook again on our week off. We get bargain box fortnightly so it means less time for me at the supermarket which is a huge bonus and less money being spent there too. I would recommend bargain box for busy families with young children or in my case with 3 teenage boys!”

“I am so pleased that I somewhat anxiously signed up for Fresh Start 11 weeks ago. Since then I have dropped a whopping 14 kilos and my husband has dropped 10! All we have done is followed the eating guide that came with the 8 week challenge and tried to walk each day. I feel so healthy and I am fitting into all my lovely clothes that I have not been able to wear for sometime. The food is just delicious, the time from fridge to plate is usually just 30 mins - which is great when you have finished a busy work day and are feeling peekish, and the results are amazing. Thanks Fresh Start - weight loss without dieting - BOOM!”
