“Very good customer care when buying however customer care after purchase is a different story. They offer ‘easy’ return and refund service but there is constant emails and unanswered phone calls to contend with. When a refund is made, the original ‘free post’ is then deducted from your refund. There is no mention of this in the refund policy. Overall a mixed experience with My Friend Alice.”

“It’s beautiful but far to big an I’ve been trying to contact the office for 2 weeks to do an exchange but have no answer. Tried emailing both email address, calling, Instagram message and also Facebook. Also I ordered a 12 not 16”
