If I could leave no stars at all I would. Just before Christmas I received an email from Hermes telling me that a parcel had been delivered, but as I had been in all day, no-one had called , and no card left to say where the parcel had been put, I knew this was just not true. After many attempts to get this sorted out Hermes told me I had to contact the sender myself, but as I hadn't a clue who had sent me a parcel I couldn't do that. So here we are in mid February and I still don't know what was sent or by whom. Presumably Hermes must be able to give me this information, but they just don't and when I go back on the site it says - Case Closed. This could be a Christmas present, and if so someone must be thinking me very rude for not thanking them. 100% dissatisfied and I would happily leave NO stars at all if the website allowed it!

absolutely terrible service - took two weeks of non delivery - there is NO working customer service number and the 'chat bot' is usless. there is no customer complaints line or working customer services number on their website i spent hours over many days tryin to get this sorted - in the end i managed to find a number of a sorting depot 40 miles away and finally was able to get through to a human being. the package finally arrived - it was left out in the rain - the courier didnt even bother knocking on the door. It was so badly damaged that it was usless. I would NEVER use Hermes out of choice and will be checking with any future purchases that they will not be the company. Absolutley pathetic - i genuinely hope that such a bad company goes out of business as soon as possible.

Awful customer service, no option to speak to a human being, chat interface 45 min wait, non existing admin, parcels lost with no recourse, deliverys marked as unpaid when paid in full by paypal as delivery booked online. Appaling

so i ordered off Ebay and didnt realize it was a hermes postal service, the guy droped off at a collection point, the parcel wasn't scanned then ended up in London, no easy way to speak to hermes, i wont use them ever again, id rather pay the extra postage and use a proper courier so now i have to leave negative feedback for the guy that posted using hermes

When I track the parcel it just says we are working on delivering it and it can still be with you by 30th January. It is now the 17th February! There is no option to chat to anyone, no option to speak to someone. So I simply asked for a refund from the seller - a waste of everyone's time. Terrible customer experience, cynical company.

Hermes is a terrible untrustworthy… Hermes is a terrible untrustworthy company. The currier just gave my parcel to someone else, did not ask for id or anything, someone from a different building ( few buildings away / industrial work area ) The currier could not even bring the parcel to correct address ! ...or most likely stolen by curier-himself !!!!! so angry and upset!!!!!!!! ....

Message received on Monday that my parcel was with Hermes and would be delivered soon. parcel arrived SATURDAY - 5 days later! I think I could have walked to he sender of the parcel and walked home again faster than it was delivered. The contents were also damaged.

The worst delivery company. They sent me an email, that my parcel is been delivered and signed for at the delivery address. It is a lie. Nobody came. The signiture was not mine. It was fake. These people are frauds. AVOID

i was expecting a parcel to be delivered today , between the hours of 10am-2pm , when it had not arrived i looked at my email , only to be told it had been delivered and signed for , i then tried to contact hermes to find out where the driver had dropped off the parcel by mistake , but it is impossible to get any information , customer service is terrible.

Hermes lost my parcel (tracking number 1550567247803186), forged a signature as proof of delivery and refuse to refund me. I am now £83.90 out of pocket and there is not a damn thing I can do about it. Change your name Hermes to Herpes as you are true SCABS

I have never written a review before until my appalling experience with Hermes. On two occasions they changed my delivery times which meant loosing a days worth of work unnecessarily. On the second occasion I tried to get my parcel delivered to a neighbour. Their online system wouldn’t allow me to put a specific flat number due to it being a new build. I tried to contact them but was never able to speak to an actual human. The A.I system was terrible and didn’t help me sort out my issue. So I had to wait on their chat bot for 40 minutes to speak to someone. I explained my issue which they didn’t seem to understand, so therefore cut the chat off within 30 seconds. I then was charged a £6 fee trying to call them again which only left me with their terrible A.I system again. Finally I waited another 40 minutes on their chat bot, where they said they would process my request. Once I’d received a text saying the item had been delivered, my neighbour said he had not received anything. In the end the courier had posted it through my letter box!! So I have no idea why they couldn’t have done this on the first occasion seeing as the item didn’t need to be signed for!!!!!! Never ordering again if I know Hermes are delivering.

Absolutely phenomenally poor service. Non existent even. I was told my package was to large and needed a special courier (4 pairs of shoes is hardly a hefty parcel) I then got a notification that the parcel had been attempted to be delivered 3 times and they they where unable to so where returning to sender. This was most definitely not the case, they did not attempt to make a delivery at all. The only way to contact them is via a digital bot online chat system. There is something highly suspect about this courier service. Do your research before trusting them to deliver your goods. They are completely useless.

Paid for express delivery and package is currently 2 days late. We just got notice it has apparently been delivered however no-one rang the bell and it is not in the designated "safe place". The picture we've been sent of its location is completely blurry and indecipherable. Currently been waiting 30 minutes to talk to an advisor on the Myhermes customer chat service. Atrocious service, I would steer very clear of using Myhermes.

Left package outside front door & forged signature! Hermes delivery does it again. Today I had my package being delivered between 5pm to 7pm. Go to my front door at 4:30pm & my package was left outside AGAIN for anyone to take. This has happened even when I’ve been in to receive the package. I will now only order from companies that don’t use Hermes delivery service. I’ve even ask Ebay purchases to not use Hermes delivery. Or I don’t want the item. If enough of us do this. They might take note. From other reviews on here I see that I’m not the only one who has had this happen to. Please join me in tweeting this, Instagram & FB. Whatever it takes so this issue is highlighted to others who might fall prey to losing their packages/money. If I’m paying £ for my delivery. I would like my package to get to me. I’m hoping Brexit with break/snap something so that these companies can no longer get away with this kind of service.

Driver had said he had access problems for two days, on third day says he has tryed 3 attempts so order is going back to sender, this is a ground floor flat with not road works in area, on Friday 3 other delivery company's found the flat not a problem, joke of a company.

They are the worst company in the entire world! Do not send anything with them or buy from a company that uses them. I literally pulled out my hair wanting to speak to someone about some fraud. Their delivery personnel fraudulently forged my signature and pretended thay I had received it when I was not even at home. I wanted to complain about this, but all I got was a stupid robot and no human to speak too. Honestly the worst company ever!
