Три дня відправлення пробуло на відділенні. Такого поганого сервісу я ще не бачив! Підтримка не працює! Я не задоволений, ніхто не має користуватися цією поштою, ніхто не заслуговує на такий поганий сервіс.

Absolute shocking service this is the third parcel now from ebay that has not been delivered to my home. Two other parcels were just found in someone's garden.. And now the latest one shows the driver throwing my parcel into the rubbish bin where the bin was collected and emptied.. Hermes has not responded din the correct manner just simply has automated replies stating I should seek compensation with the sender

Christmas gifts for my sister's family sent on 28Dec. Parcel never arrived. Hermes finally admitted they'd lost it. When I asked for them to refund the value of the contents they required receipts, which I didn't have as (my mistake?!) Now the propose a refund of £20 against the >£100 value of the gifts. Impossible to speak to anyone, even getting an email reply takes weeks and many resends. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! They are the absolute pits.

1st parcel took several days longer than quoted to arrive with inconsistent tracking info etc. Now new parcel delivered to “safe place”, which is s dustbin….not mine or neighbours. Can only communicate via chatbot with no options relating to actual issue. I will always check with future sellers and not purchase if they indisponible using Evri/Hermes. Appalling communications in 2022.

Received email saying my parcel was posted through letterbox, I was at home at that moment. I've found my parcel next to neighbours bin.

VERY VERY BAD - in the two weeks 5 deliveries have been lost by Hermes - delivered to them and then - nothing! reorders have gone missing as well. what on earth is happening

Absolutely the worse company! How are they still in business.. in the last few weeks alone they have constantly left my parcels in unsafe places despite there being numerous notices on the main building door not to leave as people steal them. I’m starting to believe all the drivers can’t read.

Non delivery non collection both withings a week terrable service .tracking frozen a week now no signs of the parcel and a failed collection from my home address

This company is the worst delivery company in the uk. Parcel sent nextday delivery and 3 days later it still has not turned up. They should be shut down if there not loosing parcels there damaged when received.

Very bad all over snails would be quicker / 14 plus day and noting arrived told lost parcel in the sorting office have no help line that you can talk to automated rubbish they are very happy that so many people like me are not happy with a head less run operation.

I can't believe I'm leaving a positive review but I've had a conscientious and friendly local courier for the past few months and no problems with deliveries. What a contrast to the several months last year when, having driven away the previous conscientious and friendly local courier I'd had for eight years by requiring her to work an extra day which her domestic circumstances wouldn't allow, Hermes often couldn't find anyone to deliver for a week or more, 12 days on one occasion. And, of course, it was almost impossible getting past "gatekeeper" 'Horrible Holly' when things had gone wrong. I have greater confidence in this REVIEWS.io 1.2 star rating than in the 4.3 star rating for Trustpilot's EVRi profile from which Trustpilot receives income and which is skewed by the (predominantly positive) reviews EVRi invites.

Well it’s Hermes trademark isn’t it very unreliable.- The first time I had paid for next day delivery was in December of 2021 and I had ordered a package which was a gift for a friend…long story short Hermes apparently lost the parcel and I had to get in touch with the company they refunded me and sent me a new package but it took that long to arrive the birthday had passed. Very disappointed with the service would not recommend at all.

I have now had EIGHT items that have been destroyed or lost ,some have been over £100.00 and I have not got one Penny in compensation ,there is no Customer care and no way of getting your money back through a compensation ,spent hours waiting in a phone line but never got to speak to a person, I am not the only one who has suffered ,I beg you PLEASE do not use this unless company I will never use again..Awful experience

Seller had dispatched the item but item not received, was due to receive it on the 08/04 and it’s now 13/04 Poor service!
