“Dear Hermes I would like to thank you and your team workers for ther hard work. I posted my rather large heavy 5.5kg parcel on Monday 23 March and it arrived in perfect condition to a remote part of the Republic of Ireland on Thursday 26th March 12.15pm. I am so pleased and grateful, as I know it's so difficult at the moment with what's going on in the world (coronvirus). So a huge thank youx Definitely Recommend **********”

“I have lots of deliveries with Hermes NG19 I am a carer and can't get out a lot so do lots of shopping online. I deal with 2 drivers they are both fantastic. I get email text message and also phone calls . Great service.”

“Thanks to Adam at Hermes, my house avoided being burgled! He alerted my neighbour to the fact my door was open when delivering a parcel, and left a note explaining what had happened. Thank you!!”

“The majority of the time I don’t like ordering parcels with Hermes as I’ve had some bad experiences. But the Hermes parcels I had delivered today has completely changed my mind set about this parcel service. The driver not only left the parcel in a safe place but wrapped my parcels in a bin bag and tapped them together so the rain would not damage my items. I’m very thank full for this driver doing this as the majority would just throw it over the gate. Totally recommend after today!”

“I've been reading the dreadful reviews about Hermes and there drivers. My husband is a courier and is totally amazing. He has even worked his days off in order to make sure everyone's parcels have got there on time. I understand that all companies have bad staff but I wish you would also understand that there are a great bunch of hard working people out there. Well done to all the couriers that go above and beyond.”

“Just a little Christmas congratulations to Hermes; my Hermes driver Colin who delivers to BT29 in Northern Ireland is fab, he’s delivered stuff to me for about 10 years and he’s always reliable and polite and when delivery service can be so bad with other providers I am always more willing to buy online when I see Colin/Hermes is doing the delivery. If you have a bonus scheme Colin should defs get one.”
