“They said they attempted delivery but never heard the door as I was in waiting and its happened with 3 items im fuming this service is not reliable at all”

“We normally use the Hermes shop drop off service, however due to COVID-19 we have had to use the collection service. We used them once in the first lockdown and we had to wait over a week past their stated pick up date and then they only came because we complained. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and chose to try again. Our parcel should have been collected Friday 30th October but yet again they have not collected our parcel, I find this service very poor and lacking in any form of organisation in this area. I would not recommend this service to any body if they find them selves in need of a parcel being collected I would tell them to use an alternative provider. Regards Mrs Mandy Saunders”

“I would not recommend Hermes to anyone one of their colleagues left my parcel outside someone else’s door and it was gone I was very disappointed and upset about this I recommend Royal Mail they are much more better”

“Usually good cheap reliable service, this time it appears they've played football with the parcel - absolutely appalling and obviously no respect for the item. Do these staff not realise they are putting their own jobs at risk? There are plenty of other courier companies.”

“Your drivers don't bother knocking when they say they have tried to deliver your parcel then when you try to speak to some one from hermes about it you carnt speak to a real person 2 days now your driver as said they have tried to deliver my parcels but I've been in waiting there was no knock on the door or a calling card just an email it's a disgrace”

“This is by far the worst delivery company... I actually laugh out loud when I hear they are delivering my parcel and think its nothing short of a miracle if it does turn up on the day stated.”

“My parcel wasn’t where they left It in picture. To which Iv disputed considering one it was my first attempt two I never said yes to leaving it outside. & three no calling card left nor did she press my ring cam to alert me someone was there. I have no faith in this courier company”

“Natalie Cooper is my Hermes delvery lady and she is absolutely brilliant. She's polite, friendly and always takes a couple of minutes to have a chat. All her deliveries are made on time and if you are not in, she will leave your parcel in a safe place and ensures a card is put through your door. She is an asset to Hermes.”

“I have Hermes delivery’s quite a lot and always pleased with the service. I’m in the M33 4QR area and it’s wholly down to our courier Natalie Cooper who is always friendly and pleasant that I’ve given the stars. Hermes should be proud that they have employed such a good employee. It shows they pick good staff for the job.”
