My delivery is now 3 days late, my last update was that the courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address, even though I live on a normal road, in a house with a doorbell. There was no attempt to deliver my parcel. I have had zero update since and still have not had a delivery. I have had several parcels lost and stolen from Hermes in the past and as this is a birthday present I am hoping this is not the same case! A terrible company with terrible customer service.

Received email to say parcel had been delivered, but where? Photo of someone else’s door, and message saying posted through letterbox. Can’t get through to anybody on their website, useless links sending you round in circles. Unacceptable

Not received my parcel. No card through the door but I have received an email to say it's been delivered. No pic of where the item is. This is ridiculous. I have checked by side gate area. Behind bins. In bins but it's not there. Dont need this after being at work all day when everyone else seems to be self isolating I've spent god knows how long trying to find a way to speak to someone about my missing parcel but had no luck.

E-mail to say parcel delivered... Rubbish i'm still waiting. I tried web"chat".. Useless, it didn't recognise the tracking number, you can't speak to a person... Beyond incompetent. Hermes, if you can be bothered, my TN is0811692990562125 as sent by you.

Placed an order from a third party on Amazon on 10th March. Item dispatched on 12th of March to Hermes to deliver to me and was provided with Hermes tracking number. All good so far. No delivery made and Hermes tracking says waiting on item from sender. Sender saying parcel given to Hermes. Its now March 24th and still no parcel and both sender and Hermes saying the same. Maybe Hermes has started using horse and carts to deliver now its taking so long......dreadful service..... I don't hold out much hope of seeing my parcel.

Apparently had an "attempted delivery" on Saturday, funny though because I was at home, my son, my mother and my brother. No one has left the house in days.

Hermes left a box of dolls outside my front door .Only by chance I saw them. Surprised not stolen .One broken doll and broken clown inside box .They are getting worse.

It’s been 2 weeks to many excuses been tracking from day 1 still in transit this is gona be my last parcel from Hermes next time when I order I’ll make sure it’s not Hermes avoid this company at all cost still waiting

I ordered bedding from white company and kept following it in the Hermes website which said it'll be with me between 10am and 12pm and it eventually updated at 5:30pm saying they delivered to my porch at 3:59pm and it is not anywhere to be found. We were all home at said time and no knocks no nothing. No picture of it at porch either. Terrible! They are also not contactable via phone. All they say is speak to whoever you ordered it from, taking no responsibility whatsoever. I've heard so many bad reports of Hermes and my parents have used them in the past and have had bad experiences too.

Claimed to have left my item in my porch ( I don't have porch ) taken a picture of a small box in someone's porch my item is 1 metre long , now I gave a further delay after waiting 5 days for a delivery that is either being lied about or totally cocked up ....useless

I ordered an Asos item and ordered it for next day delivery. Every time I order an item with Hermes there’s always an issue. This time, the tracking link stated that the time frame in which my item would be delivered kept moving later and later and eventually I read on the tramline update that the courier couldn’t find my address. My address has never been an issue when I’ve ordered through other sites. I wasn’t able to contact Hermes on the day this all unfolded because they don’t open on Sundays. On Monday I contacted them through their silly website chat and was told that my query would be passed on to customer service???? Why hasn’t it just been rescheduled to be redelivered. That was at 9am this morning and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Trash. Hate getting deliveries through this company. They seem to be allergic to delivering items.

I wouldn’t even give it one star! My response from Hermes has been zero! And my response from boohoo was disgusting! Day two and my parcel hasn’t been redelivered! Can’t track it as it’s still saying same as yesterday! Disgusting !

I asked for next day delivery and they have given me no information about why my delivery has not been made or where my parcel is. It is very convenient that there is literally no complaint section on the website or the app. I am truly appalled by the lack of information I have received, apparently the reason for not delivering was there was ‘glass on the road near the house and so it was unsafe for the driver’. Appalling service and I won’t be using this again.

They're useless. 1 star is very generous. I am filled with dread whenever I get a notification saying how my delivery is with myHermes. Despite paying extra for next day delivery I'm still waiting a week later. There are no means to contact anyone within the company to see what's going on with your parcel. If myHermes was to go under the world would be a better place.

If I could leave a zero rating I would. Just set up an account, paid for an item (checked with Barclaycard) but Hermes account shows I haven't paid. Can't call anyone at Hermes, just a virtual assistant which is useless. Should have gone to the Post Office, avoid this bunch like the plague - or COVID 19!!

If I could leave a zero I would, as always with Hermes they give you false hope that your goods will arrive, they are just liars, would be fabulous if they just closed down and left deliveries to s company who actually do deliver on time, when I seen the email from Hermes to say they had my parcel which I paid extra to be delivered next day I told my wife, go and put a bet on that it won't come today, surprise surprise, I was correct, bloody useless company

Congratulations... You've just failed to deliver again......your drivers said they attempted delivery at 3.39pm today... LIES once again. How do I know you ask? Because I have been in my front garden all day today and did not leave it until 18.00hrs. Between you and Yodel you have to be the worst couriers in this area! If I knew Amazon would get you to deliver I would have cancelled the order
