The most incompetent delivery company in the world I’m sure. Problem after problem whenever a company uses this lot to ‘deliver’ items. Absolutely disgraceful. Says it’s been delivered when it hasn’t and always late. Pathetic from top to bottom. Horrific company.

Yet again Hermes, Evri or what ever they are calling themselves these days have failed to deliver. Time for delivery has relapsed without any form of update to let me know what has happened to my delivery. No human to speak to just a robot chat system on the app. After reading all the complaints on their Instagram feed they always say contact the retailer. Which saves them from employing real people. This is due probably to the amount of screamers that they receive everyday. Some authority really needs to step in and investigate the service as it's the worst delivery company ever.

what went wrong? everything. placing an order with hermes aka evri where it all started. at this point I leave 1 star reviews to every single seller as soon as I see they used hermes to deliver my item. you cheap f*cks.

I live in a flat and they left my parcel outside a random bush on the street!! luckily one of My neighbours noticed and brought it in… I mean what the F….

Tracking stated out for delivery am. No delivery and later same day saying sorry will deliver tomorrow. What's the point of tracking number and I waited in.. No customer care at all. Same old rubbish..money money money.

DO NOT USE. Lost parcel, unable to locate, worse still unable to try and locate. Have caused my business significant harm because of this. Trying hard not to use all expletives that come to mind. This company does not deserve to exist, just hope too many more people don't suffer like I have on their way to going bust.

Worst delivery company ever. Never deliver my parcel on time, will pay more for next day delivery but never, ever comes on time Or they deliver it to the wrong house. I’ve had emails saying they have lost my parcel then it turns up a few weeks later. Ordered something from America managed to get 3000 across the world but Hermes couldn’t deliver it to my door without destroying it. They have one job how hard is it!

Can only conclude Evri aka Hermes as being an absolutely appalling courier company. Exceptionally difficult (basically impossible) to reach anyone to express concerns about lost and damaged parcels. Contact the CEO via email and mobile phone and communications categorically ignored.

I Agree to majority of the posts here. They are indeed the WORST!! you can tell that all their delivery driver does not care at all, they are consistent at that at least, every time it's hermes they can't get the delivery right. One time i was just there they just throw the parcel behind our gate. did not even ring the doorbell or just hand it over to me.. Another instance, i was looking at the window, the delivery woman left my parcel to the neighbor, we have a big number infront of our house, and many more cases which makes me disgusted by their service.!

Waste of time alway deliver late but put on tracking attempted to deliver even though i have 24 hour cctv and they didnt try to deliver drivers are lairs and customer service cant be contacted will check in furture if company usr hermes i wont be buying from them

They failed to the item and then failed to deliver the replacement the seller sent. I now check if the seller is using them and I avoid them.

3 packages missing in the last 2 weeks through this joke. Why do Next, M&S and John Lewis use them? I will not be using any company that care so little about their customers that they use this bunch of c... Cheap as chips of course hence the non english speaking couriers who throw stuff over our gate and don't bother to knock. I Wonder where the missing packages all end up?

Not bad if you don’t mind waiting 3 weeks for things to arrive! Hardly what I’d expect from a courier service. Wish Vinted would drop them altogether. On one occasion, after 14 days, the item I’d paid for was returned to the seller who tried again using Royal Mail. Another item sat at their depot for 3 weeks. The last one, well I bought 3 weeks ago and it’s still stuck at their depot. Rubbish really!

They delivered my parcel to the wrong address containing expensive items. Customer service said they did deliver to the right address because the sat nav said so. Apparently drivers cannot read dirty great big house numbers emblazoned on the front door , they use sat nav instead. A neighbour 5 doors down eventually brought it to me which prevented me from taking legal action against Hermes. I see from the photographs from some reviews that other people's packages have been damaged and just left. This does not surprise me as some of these drivers are self employed and have your packages delivered to them first to their private in huge quantities . They are left on the pavement and generally thrown about. The drivers park everywhere, use language in the vernacular and play blasting music while packing. This happens around the corner from me so here's hoping they will be reported to the council . Needless to say I will not use Hermes again or buy from any company that uses Hermes !!

Used them for business and personal postal services, parcels were often late and more times than i can count totally lost! how can soo many parcels simply disappear ? Now stopped using them as i have lost money because of them. So changed to royal mail and said to say they are no better! how are online businesses meant to actual get their products to the buyers ???
