How Hermes are still in business is beyond me. Utter useless. Claimed my parcel has been delivered and its not here. No way of contacting them to find out what's going on. Dont know why companies still use them.

Items sent from my shop ended up damaged and items received also broken. The worst thing is that they claimed to have delivered items when our shop is shut and they’ve fraudulently forged my signature to say I signed for it! I’m sure this is not legal and I don’t know how they’re getting away with it. I’ve attached a photo of a signature which isn’t mine, clearly signed by their own courier! What an absolutely awful company. I no longer use them and I’d advise others to avoid them.

HERMES YOU ARE AS BAD AS YODEL. JUST HAD TO WALK NEARLY A MILE FOR MY PARCEL THAT YOU LEFT AT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ADDRESS. IF YOU ARE NOT UP TO THE JOB YOU MORON THEN LEAVE.

If your item is well packed and highlighted with FRAGILE Tape These inconsiderate Numpties will endever to damage it. Had numerouse artifacts broken especially clocks and wait till you try to claim every excuse going Unprofessional and discraceful company

There are the worst company ever there is nothing and I mean nothing good about them there should not in business .there take your money and from then on you can't contact them unless you spend 6pounds a minute on a premium line ,you lot specially in this current climate should be a shame of your self DISGRACEFUL .

Firstly I want to say I've met the most loveliest of courier drivers and I just cant believe it when I've come across such a rude one never known someone to speak like that especially with everything going on. The courier deliberately hasn't delivered my parcel as it states the courier received the parcel at 8.50am but not delivered at 9.06am If I'm ordering items the company uses hermes that means he remains in his job but people dont see it that way and think they can talk to customers how ever. He couldnt wait for me to answer the door a couple of weeks ago. I was changing my babies nappy and was washing my hands when he came to the door. So by the time I got to the door he was in his car so I went to his car as I was afraid he would leave without delivering my parcel. The parcel was important to me that's the reason we order on line as sometimes we cant get to the high street shops. As he came out of the car he said was it you saying to wait, well I cant wait as I have other deliveries to do. At this point I came annoyed and told him it was his job to make sure the customer gets there parcel. I said I would complain  Instead of trying not to escalate things he turned around and said go complain to hermes not like they do anything. So clearly that says it all a company cant deliver goods to loyal customers so who loses out the company who we buy from. I've moved recently to Horsforth so I dont know if hes the only courier driver so there goes my goods and I wont be shopping from Asda's George again if this is the matter and any other retailer who uses hermes due to my parcel not getting delivered by one ignorant courier wonder how many customers hes spoken to like that. I was going to order next day delivery good job I hadnt.

I’ve had a few amazon parcels not arrive they claim they could not deliver then up to me to go and find. I do not go out. Their website is useless. Amazon why do you use them? I have had to try to cancel orders but complications as they want me to return goods I’ve never had

Tragedy. Once again Hermes is lying. Worst company ever. I wait at home for the package, and suddenly I get information that I am not at home. Hermes has so many bad reviews I don't understand why online stores have a deal with them.

Absolute bloody thieves , why any person or business would chose this company is beyond me ! I’m sure a lot of the drivers have a nice sideline business on eBay ! I’m raging !

I've spent thousands of Pounds with Hermes over the last 10 plus years, sending car and motorcyle parts all over the country. I always make sure that I pay the extra for the correct level of insurance to cover the items that I send to safeguard my customers and I. Two months ago an item was damaged in transit. This is obviously disapointing to the Customer and I but my first point was to refund the customer and ensure they where happy. Once that was done they kindly supplied extensive photo's of the damage so I could make a claim with Hermes. This is the first claim I've had to make and they make it near on impossible to do so. It took weeks of calls and e-mails to actually get the correct link to make the initial claim as if you follow their process on the web site it just seems to keep refferring you to their live chat, which is actually just a BOT which can only propvide very limited set of responses. So I finally managed to get my claim submitted and and after a further 5-6 weeks of chasing they have now rejected it stating that the item I am claiming for should be made of glass as far as they are concerned and as such is not covered. However the item (a Ford Headlight) is actually constructed of high density plastics as are most modern headlights and has no glass in it of any kind. I sent numerous photo's, links to the website that the item was originally advertised on and manufacturer's specs to prove this was all Plastic and NO glass of any kind. Even in the Photo's you can clearly see that the broken parts are PLASTIC. Yet they still reject the claim stating it's glass when it's clearly not. Hugely frustrating and costly to me. So after years of loyal custom and thousands of pounds spent with Hermes, they've lost a loyal customer. I'll now take my Business elsewhere as their insurance is clearly worthless and just used to up their profit margins.

Apsolutley disgusting service. In all day no delivery. Recieved email stating item delivered with photo of item sticking out of letterbox. Photo shows a white door mine is brown. No reasonably priced phone number available and all 6 emails to hermes ignored. I will now be checking which courier is to be used before ordering anything online. Delivery drivers are obviously theives so maybe hermes should start checking their credibility before hiring them

The absolute worst delivery company ever! First delivery - cardboard box over next door neighbours fence Second delivery - Over another neighbours fence Third delivery - paid next day delivery nowhere to be seen The delivery driver parks ON my drive to deliver to my door. I have complained about this each and every time this person has delivered however they still continue to do it and my neighbours too have also complained about this. It doesn’t make a difference if she parks on the road as it’s literally 2 feet difference! Everybody I know has had an issue with Hermes I don’t know why delivery companies keep using them?

My local Hermes courier keeps taking my signed for parcels to another address where they are signed for but not by me. My address is easy to find, the number is next to my front door. There is no direct way to complain. I checked the signature online to see who had signed for my parcel and the joker had written ‘Covid 19’. No other couriers seem to have any difficulty finding my address, only Hermes. Hermes are hopeless, they’re giving my purchases to someone else!

Liars. First I had an email claiming the parcel had been delivered and signed for. Blatant lie. I was in the front garden at the time the driver claimed to have delivered, not a vehicle passed the property. Then they claimed the driver had a problem getting to the address. Yeah, it was Saturday afternoon and the driver just wanted to finish work and didn’t even try to deliver. There are lots of people out there who are looking for work and would be willing to do the job they are paid for, perhaps Hermes need to employ some of them and get rid of the idle liars currently employed.

Poor service. Never received my parcel, but I received a message saying my it had been delivered. I’ve seen many complaints regarding the same problem. Very sad. Do not use their service. It’s a waist of money

Waited in all day put a note inside my window to say to leave in a safe place explaining where and if not what time I will be in. Got a card saying unable to deliver req a signature. Will try later on. Then get 4 emails saying on its way unable to deliver will deliver between 3 and 5 then unable to deliver will be next working day. All at the same time. In the same minute!. I was only out for 30 mins to go to the co op. They are paid to deliver until 6pm it said between 8am and 6pm. So where is my parcel?

So my hermes driver just pulled up on my drive, searched for my parcel, its not hard to find, its a wheelbarrow haha and has now driven off without delivering it. I have a video doorbell so I have the whole thing on camera. Its not the first time I have had issues either. To name a few, leaving electricals out in the rain, not delivering signed for items, throwing over the gate in dog poo, not ringing the bell when I am in the house, watched him on camera just drop it off straight at the bins and then told me to get it myself after posting a sorry you were out card. Its the same Market Harborough delivery driver in a silver VW Passat, large chap that is just incapable and lazy. I am getting to the stage now where I ask the sellers who the courier will be and if its Hermes I ask for an alternative ir try and buy it from elsewhere who use DPD. I have never ever had to moan and complain about one company so much in my life. The worst service in the country, has to be for any company. I dont even know when I am going to get my item now. Going to have to contact the seller now

Last time he just walked straight to my bins, never rang the bell and when i opened the door told me to get them by the bins - this was before christmas, long before covid19. The Market Harborough delivery driver in his silver passat is terrible. Lost items, electrical items left out in the rain, delivers things when he chooses. I am getting to the stage now where I am asking companies who the courier will be. If its Hermes I ask for an alternative or buy from elsewhere. How these jokers have not been shut down by now I really don't know
