Absolutely terrible. Had a parcel coming that was 10kg supposed to be next day sat in depot for a week because it was too heavy for the driver. After many complaints finally arrived and was left outside

Worst bloody delivery company ever made. Been saying parcels out for delivery for one whole week!!! No human to speak to whatsoeverr!! Honestly its a shame theyre even allowed to be called a company.

Delivered my parcel to the complete wrong address to a disabled lady , no information to me just a picture of the door... then took it with them?!! Ps this street is about a Mile away!!!!

Absolute bottom feeders - avoid like Covid-19!! DPD, UPS or even Parcelfarce (at times) are a much better and friendlier service!!

Everything went wrong, This is the worst company in existence... Even worse than EA Games... The drivers are clueless and lack common sense, They put "No access" because they couldn't be bothered to go around the building... And Now my parcel is on its way back to the depot... The status didn't change all day, Checked it when they're closed and it changed at 11.30. You cannot speak to anyone there! No customer service!!

Strange that my groupon delivery of toilet rolls would go missing at my local depot in the current situation, obviously someone on your staff has repurposed it. Thank you for making my life that little bit more difficult. I can’t go out very much as I’m in the vulnerable group and despite the news saying there’s plenty of toilet paper in the country this isn’t reflected at my local supermarket. I utterly despise your company and will try everything possible to never use a company that delivers by you again.

Terribly disappointed. These guys have stolen my Parcel again!! Last time I dealt with them was years ago when they lost my expensive watch from Debenhams.. Now again from Gymshark.. Nothing has arrived.. Nothing has been delivered.. I only received an email that it has been delivered and signed for... Not my signature.. Not my location on the map.. No missing cards.. and sadly nobody to contact or get back to. obviously this is the worst company in the UK. It's such a shame that they mess with people's belongings just like that! Basically their wages are rubbish.. employ random people as self-employed no checks.. making them a bunch of thieves who can only profit from customer's goods.. then fake reviews from 0 stars angry clients and 5 stars full faked reviews made by them!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN even if u get a refund from the retailer.. too much stress and disappointments.. no customer service or anything to get in contact with and u will only be asked to deal with your retailer.. this is just sad and depressing and has to be stopped!!!

This company is without a doubt the singularly worst courier that I have ever used, with my history of over 35 years doing mMail order. It strikes fear in my heart, that this company would be allowed to continue in the year of 2020 with such ridiculously poor service. Their 24 hour delivery service is rarely ever anywhere close to being a target for them. Quite often there is 24-hour service will take nearly 1 week. I absolutely would never in 1 million years recommend this company

Delivered to wrong address and can't get in touch with this so called professional company. Someone has basically stole my parcel and I can't do anything about it. Funny enough It had my correct address on yet the courier still posted it to the wrong address..

rude drivers, leave the communial security door open, have to be argued with to bring heavy items up stairs. avoid if possible

Horrible! I’m always having delays with my parcels every single time I order from ASOS. I’ve ordered something on Thursday and a parcel would be due the following day because I have next day delivery. I ended up having an email saying that my parcel would be given to me on Monday. My Hermes is so frustrating and I don’t ever want them to deliver my parcels again

Dear Hermes I would like to thank you and your team workers for ther hard work. I posted my rather large heavy 5.5kg parcel on Monday 23 March and it arrived in perfect condition to a remote part of the Republic of Ireland on Thursday 26th March 12.15pm. I am so pleased and grateful, as I know it's so difficult at the moment with what's going on in the world (coronvirus). So a huge thank youx Definitely Recommend **********

I use eBay for 5 years and every every single time when seller use Hermes my items ALWAYS come with delay. Extremely useless company

The package has been open and its content stolen during shipping. Hermes has rejected our claim and responsability: they did not refund the stolen material, even if insurance subscribed. Do not use that courier!

The worst delivery company in UK. I always have problems with them. You can never have a helpful customer support conversation with them, couriers usually just put "we missed you" or "couldn't deliver" notices no matter if you are at home or not.

I have not received any email/txt notification about Hermes even having my parcel , no notification about it being out for delivery . Couldn’t track it as it was not accepting my number and then I just got a message that it was delivered to somebody in my household . I live in a an apartment building and don’t know my neighbours so the parcel Was basically delivered to a stranger . The courier did not even write the name down, the signature looked like this “ 0 “ so I was knocking on strangers doors asking if they did not collect parcel . Then in the end I found it next door down the street ! The helpline was useless and kept on confirming it came to my address when they delivered it to a different house number in the end . I will do my best never having to use their service again As it was by sheer luck that I actually got my parcel . Horrendous experience and the customer helpline was absolutely useless not even responding to what I was asking about .

Item ‘delivered’. No it’s bloody well not! They just bin parcels I think, this has happened to me with Hermes before. Never any other courier.
