myholidays.com - real SCAMMERS !!! I would like to report the fact of fraud on 16-Jan-2024. It was necessary to purchase air tickets, there were no tickets with convenient connections on the airline's website and the required tickets were found on the website aviasales.com and were redirected to the website myholidays.com for purchase. After paying for the two tickets - $1950, I received a letter confirming the purchase of only one ticket, and for the second one I need to pay another $325, since the airline allegedly increased the price of tickets. I asked to cancel the purchase, the seller replied that this was impossible and offered to give a family discount of $100. We sent $225. And they sent us a reservation confirmation for two tickets. We then checked the availability of the reservation on the Air Europa website and there was only one ticket. We wrote to myholidays support again. They were told that this was a technical error and the issue would resolved in 4 hours. The next day, at our request, Air Europa confirmed and sent us both tickets. But after about 12 hours later we received a letter from airlines that the second ticket was canceled by travel intermediary myholidays.com and we need to contact them. Then we contacted myholidays support about cancelling , they answer is that there is an error on the airline’s side and they have not canceled anything and they need 24 hours to resolve the problem. After 24 hours nothing had changed, we contacted myholidays again and received a response that we needed another 24 hours. After the next 24 hours, we contacted myholidays again and they stopped responding to us completely, ignoring our request. There is no guarantee that the remaining ticket will not also be canceled by scammers from myholidays.com. Conclusion - never buy tickets on intermediary websites, especially MYHOLIDAYS.COM

When i book the Air India ticket, choose the xpress flexi option with higher price and they issued the xpress value option. Then i spoke to costumer care they are talking about my mistake and keep hold line long time until i disconnect. There is no mistake and i paid flexi fare. Strange experience!!

My holidays basically is involved in only collecting amount from people and not giving services to their customers. I have planned a tour to neral on 31st May 2023 and made an online payment to My holidays of Rs. 12000/-. On 1st June, early morning at 03.00 a.m. my father expired. And at 8.00 a.m. i requested them not to book the tour. They did not book the tour. Nor any hotel was booked at nerul. Now, I wanted to reschedule my trip and wanted to adjust the amount of ₹. 12000/- in this tour, but they denied to adjust. Hence, it is confirmed that they are only involved in collection of money and earning from them.

Extremely Disappointed with MyHolidays I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with MyHolidays, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I booked a flight from Kochi to Dubai with MyHolidays, and due to a sudden and unnotified change in the flight schedule, I missed my flight. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the lack of adequate support and understanding from the MyHolidays customer service team. Despite providing clear evidence that the missed flight was a direct result of the unnotified schedule change, I have encountered nothing but resistance and delay in processing my refund. The sheer negligence and poor handling of this matter by MyHolidays have left me deeply dissatisfied. Their failure to take responsibility for the situation and provide a timely and satisfactory resolution is unacceptable. As a customer, I expected a level of care and professionalism that was sorely lacking in this instance. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering MyHolidays for their travel bookings, as my experience has been nothing short of disappointing and exasperating. The lack of accountability and support in addressing a situation that was beyond my control reflects poorly on the integrity and reliability of this service. In light of this experience, I am compelled to caution others against relying on MyHolidays for their travel needs. The absence of genuine concern for customer welfare and the failure to handle legitimate grievances with due diligence have left a lasting negative impression. very bad experience ! they false charged me when i wanted to reschedule my booking and now did not even refund the amount. i am very frustrated with myholidays customer support where they dont provide proper answers over emails or chat or call. my refund was initiated and its been more than 45 days still they have not processed my refund. chat team will not even care to reply you back, their customer care will say i dont want to talk with you on phone. this is really not better way to treat your customer who have trust in you over online payments. i had really bad experience with support team who i have been in touch with. please stop treating you customers like this. #verybadsupport #refundissues

I am writing this review in order to let ALL know about the scam website that is being operated from Qatar. On my background, I am resident of KSA and recently purchased a ticket from online website (https://www.myholidays.com/en-qa). This website may look like a legitimate business operating out of Qatar but they are actually scammers who are suing decoy as a travel booking company and they have a particular way to scam the people who unknowingly use their website and I am going to explain below how scam/Fraud works: "When You (A potential customer) see a cheap flight deal and you book through their website. As soon as you book, you receive an email that the booking is under process. When you inquire about it as you don't receive the flight conformation with tickets, they will reply you that your booking could not be issued due to volatile nature of fares and seat availability And they will force you to choose an alternate booking and will ask you send more money to issue to another ticket. Now here is interesting part. The fare of the newer booking is always closer to the previous booking so they are charging or in other words, scamming you for more money. I know that because when i received the ticket, the total fare mentioned was way less that what i paid including the extra they charged which was quite a lot. Another interesting part: The first booking that you applied for is neither volatile in terms of fare not there is usually a seat availability issue. If you go to the airline website directly, you will see that the seats are available and there is no problem with the fare. So This means that the company is lying to the people so that they could scam more money out of them. Ofcouse, if you talk about the refund, they will give you a timeline which will be never respected" Hopefully, You now ALL understand how they are defrauding people with more money and it may look like legitimate business but if you look at their google or TripAdvisor reviews, you will know that they do it all the time. Their reviews are the testimony of my complaint.

I am very disappointed to share with you the bad experience i have had with myholidyas.com . they have in plain words cheated me. At the time of booking they charged extra for enabling to change and modify my ticket for no cost and also for Insurance. Once i paid the insurance never came i had to remind them for the same for which they gave a partial amount as refund. Later due to a personal reason i had postpone my ticket, no response received from the email support/ change i had to actually call them 3-4 times for my request, eventually they responded by deducting 50% of the ticket fare in the case of cancellation and asking for almost 90% ticket fare for modification. with no clarity as to why they were charging a service fees over and above the airline charges when i had paid them a higher fees at the time of booking for no further charges for amendments/ cancellation. the response from the agent is all other charges levied by the site were non-refundable and hence that is the only thing i can get reunfd. THIS IS DAY LIGHT CHEATING. I would never recommend anyone to deal with such a company and will also try and file a complaint against them for necessary action.

I booked a flight online and they charged my card for the ticket amount. After charging my card, a message came up "stating to please allow up to 30mins for ticket issue or refund" its been 5 hours and i have yet to receive anything and the money was already taken from my card. SCAM!!!!!!!

poor experience since you are outside UAE i was extra charged by my credit company price showing equal compare to competitor but end of paying extra never book any ticket form your company web

Excellent service,nice arrangements for stay,good guidance, tasty breakfast,lunch, and dinner. Tour managers Mr.Vishal mule and jaltare alongwith Mr.Akash gurav gives very polite and humble service to all participants,mainly to senior citizens.

WORSTTTTTTT!!!! experience ever, don't ever book from them, i have made a big mistake for some small discount i have booked with them but they are doing this to trap people, initially when i booked the ticket it said the price have been changed then again i tried with higher price it got booked & got rejected after a while and i got a message that the money will be refunded, then immediately i went & booked a new ticket on their website with more higher price, after a while they had sent me confirmation for the first booking & i immediately called them to avoid them to avoid the duplicate booking since the PNR was not even issued but still after while they have confirmed the second ticket too?? i called the airline as per their policy duplicate booking name will be refunded & got an official email too but when i followed up for the refund from the Company they are keep denying, since 3 months until now they had not even refunded the money they keep telling us that the airline did not but i reconfirmed from airline that's its done still they are not refunding my money, please stay from them, you can see all the reviews

Two guys named Aniket and Krushna came to Karad.Krishna Dental College took money from us so promptly by speaking nice words.Showed few bookings. Took 3000 fr 2 books forcibly when they would have given 1 for 1500 only.When i asked for confirmation text message and called them they didn't even recognise me and delaying the procedure.They have taken my photo with id also.I want refund of our money.If this is the situation i think this is fraud company and booking.Please refund my money.

This service is terrible. I bought the ticket in March 2022, and avia company cancelled the flight. I asked to refund my money - and the confirm than they will do it Bun in fact during 6 month i had more than 70 emails and about 5 calls, and i still did not get my money. They answered the same letters - "We are working on it" but in fact i did not get any real information when and how i can get my money back. Im going to connect with police and lower

I wish I could give negative stars. They were supposed to refund $1500. Since then number is disconnected and they only respond to my emails with a generic "give me more time" response.
