“Useless sent loads of messages asking where my order is . Nothing absolutely useless”

“Never had issues before but this time paid express delivery of 1-2 days Wednesday night 29/3/23), knew nothing would get dispatched then but thoughy by Friday (31/3/23) would at least be dispatched. Tried emailing for 2 days and live chat to see when item will be delivered. No responses at all. Cant get in touch with anyone over a £54 order that just isnt progressing. Have put in for bank chargeback as no joy hearing back off the company.”

“I ordered on 18th March paid 41.52 3 cases of 40 sachets felix as good as it looks fish Flavour after e mailing numerous times no cat food has arrived it is now the 30th March I will not be buying from this co again I am a pensioner and cannot afford to loose this money”

“Took my money on the 12th of March it's now Friday 31st march, took my money no contact no reply to email calls or msgs, they take your money and don't deliver, they promise delivery then nothing shows up, I think this company is a scam...buyer beware!!!!”

“Paid for 2 bags of gusto food but not delivered . Tried calling, no answer. Eventually got through, promised delivery in 2 days - delivered in 3. Promised credit of delivery fee and 50% of food - not completed. Phone line cuts off - so be aware”

“Don't shop here, no response from seller after emailing chasing my order after 2 weeks. They didn't respond, they didn't send the items and I had to apply via my bank for a refund due to fraud. Not sure if they've just stopped trading or what but they take your money then do nothing.”

“Placed an order on the !4th March for Cesar dogfood.Money taken now 27th march no food No responce to e-mails Phone calls etc their site says Sold out and has for over a week Yet says 57 sold in last 24 hours??/ I would give this Money Grabbing company NO stars DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Very poor customer service no answers to messages 10 days since placing order with promised 3-5 days delivery have now run out of dog food and bought somewhere else and has already been delivered. I want a refund do not use this company choose someone else to spend your money with. So disappointed would never consider using or trusting again. Order number MHP209602”

“Placed my order on 3rd March, still waiting for it. Someone answered me yesterday and I was told I would receive it today. Awful service, if I don't receive it by Friday I want a full refund. Never buy off these again. 🤬”

“Terrible customer service, paid for 2 orders, still not arrived, have phoned, emailed, accessed chat and no response ! No resposne on chat or email and the voicemail is not taking messages so the phone just rings and rings Very poor customer service and you still owe me quite a lot of money !”

“Chasing delivery. Apparently, damaged goods discovered after my order should have been processed from the warehouse. If I hadn't contacted, several times, it wouldn't have been discovered. My order hadn't been processed, and now 6 days later I have to find a new supplier.”

“AVOID , terrible service It’s taken 3 weeks of phone calls , emails and numerous excuses from them about my order , from covid to faulty batch ,blah blah They told me on 3 separate occasions it’s been posted and will be with you on such a day but didn’t arrive so was lied to on more than one occasion and they wouldn’t provide tracking when asked I finally got tracking number after nearly 3 weeks of waiting to be told by DPD it was wrong address …. The list goes on ! I paid for next day delivery to which after 10 days they did say they had refunded me but hadn’t , so called again and I did get it back Also offered a discount on next purchase , Next purchase ! I wouldn’t purchase from this company even if they offered it for free ! I finally received delivery today with the box very torn !”
