“The customer service was top tier where they were very patient and are willing to answer all my questions. It wasn’t hard to reach out when I had questions which makes it easier for me too. Both of the IEE team members I talked to were kind and patient. They made me comfortable throughout the conversation and they gave me many solutions on my hypothetical questions.”

“I think that your user interface is simple and logical. Your website and steps are more user-friendly than some other businesses providing similar services. Reachibility via Whatsapp is a huge asset you have. You'd stand out more if you became more aware of the wars, disruptions and instability that happens in some of the world countries you deal with. Thank you”

“I have really appreciated your efforts to work with my faculty members, Agnieszka Majewska and Elham Kamrani Motlagh, who have unique, irreplaceable documents and therefore feared to mail them off to strangers. The major problem that I faced: Could you please, when requests are submitted, reply with a better receipt? These requests were sent off with my (state university) purchasing card, which I have to reconcile monthly in a timely manner. But the automatic receipt that comes back doesn't show a total dollar amount, or the word "PAID". “We were impressed by IEE's deep knowledge of the Russian education system and IEE's ability to "translate" a Russian diploma and transcript into credential language that American employers and institutes of higher education could understand and respect. We were also impressed by IEEs professionalism and objective evaluation of this degree at a time of deep political rifts between Russia and the US.”
