For the time it takes to ship a pillow I could have raised a sheep, shaved it, designed a pillow, created a pillow company, and shipped myself a product. 3 weeks and not a single update. Had to call customer service, wait on the phone for 30 mins to cancel. Never again.

I can not express our level of disappointment with this product. This product is vastly inferior to the "My Pillows" of the past. The amount of time (over a month!) to actually receive our order was frustrating, then once we opened the pillows, we could not believe the lack of quality. On top of that, having to pay to return them is insulting. We like the idea of what "My Pillow" stands for and the fact that it was made in America, but come on, Mr. Lindell, you can do better!

I've been sleeping on my pillow for several years. I recently had to purchase a new one let's start with the shipping speed. Absolutely ridiculous that it takes a month almost to get a freaking pillow. Now let's talk about the quality of the pillow. I got the same pillow I had before this time it had about half the amount of stuffing in it as my old one and there was no gusset around the outside. I wanted to throw it in the garbage I was so aggravated when I opened it. It feels no better than sleeping on the one that I had that was 2 years old. I'm actively searching for a replacement for my pillow because I promise you I will never buy another one. I will sleep with my head on a rock first.

I received my pillow slippers for a Christmas present in 2023 and they have only lasted a year and 2 months the soul is falling off from the slipper everything is rotting around it and I kept these in a box and only wore them on several occasions never wore them outside never buy these slippers they are awful

Ordered on the 2nd of Feb. 14 days later still not shipped. Called since i had not received any shipping notification was told it will be delivered in another 10 days at the latest. Will never use this company again.

These pillows are not at all like they were years ago. I waited 19 days to recieve them. I was suprise how they were vaccum packed. I followed instructions and put them in the dryer. They fluffed up, but not near enough to fill the cover. The original one I have is crammed full and does not flatten. These are horrible. Lesson learned.

I have 4 pillows that I love. Ordered sheets and love those too. I ordered towels 2 weeks ago and they haven't even been prepared for shipping. The worst customer service EVER and this is coming from someone who has worked in customer service for 30 years! I'm furious right now. 20 minutes on hold and still no answer! I'm canceling my order!

I wouldn't even give it a one star! I have been excited and waiting for it. Soon as I got it, I was completely disappointed! I have been wanting one these pillows for so long, and finally had the money to get one. I waited and waited. I opened it up with such excitement, to be let down. Then to find out I can't even return it. I'm so disappointed. I related to Mike's story and so happy to support someone like him and the business. And just to be let down. 0 stars for me :(

These are terrible flimsy pillows. They look like something from a rummage sale that were used for so many years that they flattened out. When we bought these years ago they were great, but now not so great in any way. And to think we thought we could trust Mike. He claims the stores dropped him for political reasons when most likely it was the poor quality. But he managed to pull on our sympathy.

At this moment I haven't received my pillows. It has been 15 days since I ordered them. What I don't understand is I live 3 hours from where they are supposedly made. If this is the case...why haven't I got my pillows? St. Cloud is not cross country. So I'm very disappointed.

Atrocious customer service. It's been 21 business days still waiting for my order no ETA. Customer service says we'll email you back with the info... At this point I just want to cancel the order we'll see what happens.

I needed new pillows and decided on My Pillow. What a mistake that was. They were half filled and bumpy to boot. They told me it was because they were low fill. No store I know of sells a product like that. It was a piece of material with half fill in it and not good fill either. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. They had the nerve to charge me a restocking fee on top of a lousy pillow. No one told me that would happen. What a way to run a business. No wonder stores dripped him.

I bought 2 pillows several years ago & we loved them! I bought new ones and they are horrible! They don’t have anywhere near the amount of filling as the previous ones! I’m so disappointed!

Loved my Pillows when I purchased years ago. Decided it was time to replace with new ones. WHAT A MISTAKE! New ones lacked fullness. Could feel the weight difference by picking up an old one and comparing it to new one. NO wonder Lindell is almost out of business.

Bought three of the original my pillows and they're honestly amongst the worst purchase I've ever made. Gotta give to old Lindel though he is one hell of a hype man for his own product. Very uncomfortable pillows 😕

Horrible product!! A few years ago they were great. Just got a new one, Not enough fill. Will return it. What a shame. I use to love this Pillow
