“My package was not here when it should have been. I am really needing them for my trailer. I got an email stating they would be here by Wednesday and now I'm being told expecting by Dec 9th very unsatisfied.”

“I didn't expect such bad service from this company, I send an email and they don't get back to me, my order that was for 11/26/24 has not yet been delivered in total, my company has two trucks waiting for the equipment and I don't even have I return, a complete lack of respect for the customer, if you want to buy there, don't expect good service.”

“It should not so hard to find a small galvanized garbage can with a lid that has a handle but it is! Fortunately Mytee has it and it's perfect! Exactly as described on the website.”

“Purchase was implemented on the 25th with expected delivery of the 28th. As of 02DEC, item was still not received. CSR stated that packages are picked up daily and unsure why it wasn't picked up and the 28th is an estimated date. Nonetheless, the FedEx tracking number was provided yet the package still sits in the warehouse. Was offered for package to be sent or refunded, no offer of expediting the package.”
