“I have been trying for the last 6 hours to download, activate and Nothing, the instructions do not work for me. I sent email -- they responded 2 times, then just went Ghost on me. I had a messenger conversation as well, and after about 20 mins -- again no response. At this point customer service sucks. There are a few people (we live internationally) that are looking for a service --- Apparently -- they do not want or need new customers.”

“This is the worst thing I’ve ever had. When I call my mom it connect to random numbers. Then I keep trying 3 times, every time it connects to different numbers each time. Annoying. Waste of money”

“It’s very frustrating and awful experience I have ever had with Mytello.com First of all, It takes ages to connect a call. Secondly, it’s expensive as well. It was a complete waste of time downloading this app and getting this worse international calling service. I doubt about the reviews because it might be fake. It doesn’t really match their service though.”

“I have being using mytello for a long time. However past few months it extremely bad . Calls keep dropping after 1 minute. Contacted support. Don't expect much difference from the reply I received. As I have purchased a lot of credit . Will try again. If still bad next week will be seeking a refund. Will do update review next week. Would not recommend.”

“Einfach unfassbar! Einfach unfassbar! Erstens: Verbindung mit Russland pure "Glücksache", nach dem Aussage "mytello verbindet " sofortige abbruch(auch pure Glück!),wenn Abbruch na 5 Sekunden dann sofort scheint: -0,25€ Zweitens(echte Schikane): beim heutigen Anruf(endlich geklappt!) Vier Mal muss ich Gespräch beenden,weil nach genau 3 Minuten Gespräch wird Verbindung abgebrochen und gesamte Gespräch abgespielt ( also alle Gespräche wird aufgenommen!!!) Fazit: NIE WIEDER MYTELLO!”

Hi, you are calling to Zimbabwe and they set the price for incoming calls at that level. This is out of our control. But we are 100% transparent about prices and minutes, you can see exactly how many minutes you get before calling. Martin

“I have $25.01 balance and they tell me that I don’t have enough to make a call, no customer service phone number, have to click on chat, I was able to check my email about 8 hours later, answer was quick, within 15 minutes, I was told to try again after they fixed something and I still can’t make any calls”

Hi, our dial in numbers are local landline numbers, if you have local free minutes there is no additional charge. If you don't have free minutes you can set the call mode to WIFI in our app and call without using local dial in numbers, and there is also no cost with your provider. Martin

“I just signed up and so far I am not able to connect calling to UK. I have tried so many times, but it keeps disconnecting and continue to deduct money from the balance. So far the worst APP i have ever used.”

“we have only been able to use mytello for the first week calling from NZ. THEN the access numbers kept changing weekly and despite using our landline or mobile we are unable to connect to family in the UK - THE LINE is constantly engaged for all calls. I did contact customer service BY EMAIL for help and was advised to phone the number direct using mytello, however this made no difference at all. We have lost our money. I do not recommend USING THIS SYSTEM.”
