My mortgage loan agent, Antonio, has been kind, efficient, and transparent since our very first meeting (which was scheduled last minute, but he was still prepared for!). They are straightforward about what is realistic for your current circumstances and homeownership which makes the knowledge received during this process invaluable. If you aren't a hard-worker, someone who is fairly organized, or committed to seeing processes through, this program may yield challenging or not a good fit for you. But, if you are a first-time buyer with limited knowledge and experience of the real estate market from a personal standpoint, I think NACA is a wonderful program with promising return for the future of members who trust the process and ride it out.”
