Nadine Merabi have the most amazing quality and truly show stopper outfits! I love wearing Merabi for any events as they are incredible and so reliable!!

My Katie dress is one of the best investments I've made. I bought it in white for my engagement party and have since worn it again for my hen party. It fits like a glove and makes me feel so comfortable. I always get so many compliments on it!

The jumpsuits I love so so much. They fit beautifully and I have had some of the most fun nights of my life wearing them. They are much admired and are a fabulous passport to fun times.

Unfortunately ordered a dress for almost £500 for the evening of my wedding which I didn’t get to wear as the fit was just really uncomfortable despite ordering my usual size. So put the dress with all tags still attached back in the box. I then became very unwell so was a few days past the very short 14 day returns so I emailed to explain my situation with the hopes of being able to return a few days late but was told I had to keep the dress. “we hope you feel amazing wearing your MERABI.” on the email despite me obviously not being able to wear it. As I’ve been long term customer at Nadine Merabi and given how understanding & compassionate all other companies have been towards me with returning much lower cost items, I feel that it’s a little harsh. I would have more than happily given a lovely review had I been allowed to send the item back a couple days late (in perfect condition). Given 2 stars as I understand that every company is entitled to have a returns policy but I just feel many other companies are doing a lot better when it comes to returns. I will now have to sell my dress on vinted at a loss due to becoming unwell which is disheartening I guess. It’s not as though the dress is no longer being sold at Nadine Merabi.

I wrote the gold jumpsuit review below and unable to edit the post for some reason. Here is my edit: After I wrote reviews about my experience, they contacted me and sent another label. I returned the product once again and now was refunded all but the $20 for shipping. They were apologetic.

Awful customer service reply’s take forever and can only email. Sent me wrong thing and when sent new items didn’t even fit not even close!! When I asked for exchange of size they don’t do that but because I used a code I had to re buy at a higher rate. I went to return item and buy again in a smaller size and take the hit but said was out of 10 day return period! It was not! Now ignoring my emails! Do not order!

I ordered the gold jumpsuit. When I received it and tried it on, it was inches too long, heavy and uncomfortable for me. It is pretty but not for me at all. The next day they sent me the return label and I shipped it back. I then two days ago received it back in the mail. They claimed I sent then something else which is untrue. I spent $435 and this is not right. Will be reporting them to my credit card company. Do not order from here unless you are positive you won’t be returning. I’m so frustrated and disappointed in this company.

Do not trust this company When you try to return a product they just ignore you, I tried contacting them by e mail. Their app and by phone. No one answers phone or e mails. Do not trust

@blueywilson Horrible experience with a christmas gift that i purchased nov 25 and was opened on christmas morning. We need to reorder the same product in a medium not a small. Company refuses to do exchange or return. I would be ordering the same product in the next size. I dont understand why there is not an extended holiday return policy. Now I am stuck with a jumpsuit that I gave to my daughter as a christmas gift and it is too small!! $600 down the drain! Honestly, what does the company have to lose by simply allowing a return and a store credit and extending holiday returns. I am not the only customer complaining about this...all over social media customers are very unhappy with this company!!

If I could give this company a -1 I would!!! DONT ORDER FROM Nadine Merabi!!!!!! Horrible experience!!!!! I am contacting anyone I can in the company about the return/exchange policy over the holidays!!! I purchase a jumpsuit nov 25 as a christmas gift. The recipient opened the gift christmas morning and realizes she needs a medium not a small. I completely understand the 4 day return policy and would happily have complied with that policy, however, this was a Christmas gift and I am being penalized for doing a little early shopping. Most reputable companies offer an extended return/exchange policy for the holidays!!!!! Now I am stuck with a too small $600 jumpsuit that I only want to exchange for a bigger size. It seems to me that your company would rather have loyal, repeat customers that come to you for special occasion dressing over and over rather than pissing people off who will never purchase from you again. I mean just let me send it back and purchase a gift card or give me a store credit so I can return and repurchase the same item in larger size. What honestly do you have to loose in this situation???

Do not order from them!!!!! Read the other reviews before placing your order!! This company is a joke. I ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter the end of Nov trying to get some shopping done early. My daughter opened on Christmas morning and needs a different size. Now I am stuck with a $650 jumpsuit because they don’t have an extended holiday return policy. I have no choice but to get my credit card company involved!!

On 12/3 I filled out the proper form to send a refund since the sizing was VERY off. 12/4 I brought my package to the post office to be returned. With their tracking for the return label it says this was delivered on 12/11. I still have not received my refund even though the package was refit and sent back 3 days after having it! I have sent 3 emails since and no one will respond. I spent $632 and now my money is gone even though I followed all the correct steps for a refund. I will be telling everyone I know to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a jumpsuit I was obsessed with online. Received some crappy email from Merabi saying my transaction was considered a high risk transaction and they need to see a screenshot of my bank account transaction. WHAT?! My jumpsuit was almost $500 and it feels like I was just scammed. No jumpsuit, no refund, and $500 short. Do NOT ORDER from this site!!!!!! Order number 59924. No response from customer service.if I do not have a response by tomorrow, I’m contacting Better Business Bureau.

I bought a dress few minuets before i receive an email of black friday of all the collection,i tried to contact the company but no customer service its only by email and till the end of next day they replied to me they cant sendme the discounted money they told me to return and buy again inwhich i have to pay around 40$ delivery and fees of returning of 40$ as well,they didnt even care ,im really disappointed and shocked like a brand name they dont care at all

Never order from this website, especially if you live outside the UK. I ordered an (EXPENSIVE!) wedding dress with a fast delivery option. My order was supposed to arrive within 2-3 days on the 3rd of November. 11 days later I still haven't received the dress, no update or apology, no reply to my emails. I need the dress for my upcoming wedding so fast delivery was a key reason for ordering. I have ordered many items from overseas-based companies and have never experienced such silence when delivery is delayed. This company has very poor customer service and I should have read the reviews below before ordering - many of which show a cruel lack of professionalism, responsibility, and attention to customer care. I know several people who were interested in ordering from Nadine Merabi but after this I'll certainly advise them against it.

I bought the Bella jumpsuit in black and I felt like a celebrity! I've never received so many nice compliments on the night I wore it, or since on my Instagram photos! I can't wait to wear it again. The jumpsuit is such good quality in terms of design, finish and materials, it was worth every penny. I can't wait to get another outfit for my next party! Thank you Nadine Merabi for helping me feel so special!
