I ordered a jacket that was too small for me and returned it the same day. I received it back even 50 dollars less. I don't understand why!!? It's really one of the worst things from a brand. The jacket was ok, nothing special

Unfortunately ordered a dress for almost £500 for the evening of my wedding which I didn’t get to wear as the fit was just really uncomfortable despite ordering my usual size. So put the dress with all tags still attached back in the box. I then became very unwell so was a few days past the very short 14 day returns so I emailed to explain my situation with the hopes of being able to return a few days late but was told I had to keep the dress. “we hope you feel amazing wearing your MERABI.” on the email despite me obviously not being able to wear it. As I’ve been long term customer at Nadine Merabi and given how understanding & compassionate all other companies have been towards me with returning much lower cost items, I feel that it’s a little harsh. I would have more than happily given a lovely review had I been allowed to send the item back a couple days late (in perfect condition). Given 2 stars as I understand that every company is entitled to have a returns policy but I just feel many other companies are doing a lot better when it comes to returns. I will now have to sell my dress on vinted at a loss due to becoming unwell which is disheartening I guess. It’s not as though the dress is no longer being sold at Nadine Merabi.

I am trying to return my order (UK) Order Number - 129194 I have followed ALL instructions ....Sent countless emails for a return address. PLEASE send me the full address so I can return. Each day goes past and I am now worried its over the 14 day policy! I want to return so I can place another order in a larger size.

Waste of Time. Very upsetting So I ve made an order 6 days ago, and paid for an express 1-3 days shipping ( because I have an important event to attend ) . i have sent a request inquiring about my order, and an IG message and commented on their last post. Finally I have got an answer ( same day as I commented on IG ), telling me that 6 days after the order hasn’t even been dispatched and that they will refund me. And they did very quickly ! It’s upsetting to pay a premium/luxury product to have an unprofessional service behind. Don’t order from NADINE MERABI if you have an important event. Or do it at least one month before hoping that maybe you’ll get your item.

Unfortunately due to the busy time of year, sometimes there can be delays. We always try to offer the best customer service and ensure our clients feel amazing in their MERABI styles, however unfortunately on this occasion, your package was a few days delayed. We offered to refund your shipping and ensured your package would be dispatched the same day, however you requested a refund which was processed right away. Thank you for your understanding. Ordered 2 dresses. The dresses were lovely but didn't fit me correctly. One was to big and one to small. I sent them both back via DHL. I have e mails to say both dresses have been refund but absolutely no money has appeared in my account or my partners account who paid for one of the dresses. Returns is a pain and a week later we still don't have any money back even though we have e nails stating the money has been refunded.

Hi Laura, So pleased to hear you loved your MERABI dresses but sorry that they were not a perfect fit! I can see the orders were received in our system on August 9th and then both refunds were processed only yesterday, you need to please allow 2-3 working days for the funds to reach your account. We do state on our website returns can take up to 7 working days to be processed so this is well within our time frame.
