“Most of the reviews I read about this company were older so I thought they may had changed their way of doing business. I was wrong. I ordered some LED Christmas lights with the specific 110 V US plug. Received the lights with the 220 EU plug which is useless to me. After contacting the company my options were to return the product to China at my expense or receive a 25% credit and keep the product. Shipping them back to China is a ridiculous option! BUYER BEWARE!!”
“This company is a Chinese company who has false advertising and misleading fake reviews and they hide true reviews. They don't care that the product you ordered is not as advertised. BAD BAD COMPANY. I am a size 6 and ordered size large shaping leggings, they fir my 10 year old daughter who is a size 10 slim in kids. When I wrote Nalai & Co they send sorry no returns or refunds. “I received my order and it was cracked and very cheaply made therefore I couldn't use it. I contacted custermer service, they said to send a picture. I sent many pictures and many more messages to them. I didn't here back for awhile and all they said when I did here from them was to send a picture. It just went in circles. They didn't try to talk to me at all. I am so angry. Broken product and terrible terrible customer service. I'm out my money and have a broken useless product. I give them a zero star's.”

“I ordered their Leather Restoration cream and was Extremely disappointed! It was just "White Goop" which left a white stain and powder on my leather! It just made the situation worse!!!!!! When I asked for a refund they offered 25% off and keep it, or a full refund by returning it, but the cost to ship it back was almost as much as the product because they wanted it shipped to China!!!! Horrible experience! A Scam!”
