Very poor quality clothing that looks so dissimilar to the website.

You stated your delivery service was the POSTAL SERVICE, instead you actual use DHL which is horrible. Had you been thrustful and honest I would ‘Not ‘have ordered anything. Now I am experiencing a delivery nightmare. This is my first and last time conducting business with you.!!!!!!

I received a delivery notice email from DHL stating I was not at home. But, i have been waiting all day near the door. They did not leave a notice which indicated they weren’t . The next morning I received another email stating it will be (redelivered) still no package. While waiting at home for the redelivery, I received another email stating I was not at home.I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY … MY FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE. I WILL ALSO CONTACT THE UTUBER!!!!!!

I didn't even want to give this company one star but it's required for this review. Do not order from this company. I received the wrong size and can't get ahold of anyone in customer service. It says free returns but I couldn't figure it out ... Complicated on purpose? No free returns label Terrible experience

My order was shipped very fast! I was happy to see it came a few days before the expected delivery date. Most of the items I got fit, a few of them didn’t which isn’t uncommon for any online order. The jeans I got were awesome and good quality. Some of the other things were a bit sheer (crop top, black flare pants, etc). The sweaters and sweatshirts I got were were nice and comfy! I also got a pari of boots which I like. I got a biodegradable vibrator (love that this is an option). A few items were okay but in general I’m happy with my order and experience shopping at Nastygal!

this is the first time i ordered from them and they didn’t send one of my items that i paid for. instead of sending the item, they refunded me for the item and told me i could repurchase the item which i didn’t want them to do because now i have to pay for shipping AGAIN. they refused to work with me and refused to pay for the shipping and it was all over a face mask that cost like $6????? very poor customer service!! will not be ordering again!!!

DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! Warning!!! Two times now I have purchased from their “60% off of everything” sale and just right before checkout they tack on money and you’ve already clicked pay. The first time it happened I reached out via email to customer service (because they do not have a phone number) and I got no where, they just kept arguing that they were right. This second time I purchased it happened again but I was prepared with screenshots for proof. I emailed them and sent them screenshots showing that they advertised the jacket I purchased at $41 (and some change) from $105. This is a discount of 60% off. But when I checked out it changed the jackets to 50% off and I was charged more. I sent them the screenshot of what is advertised and what I was charged and they will respond once every other day and it’s a new person EVERY TIME! all they keep saying is “sorry it looks like the item was 50% off” CLEARLY it is advertised at 60% I’ve gotten nothing resolved and they won’t help me. On a different note, I ordered a package from them and my phone auto put in my old address which I hadn’t caught until right after the order was placed so I reached out on their chat feature and was about to talk to someone right away. This was SECONDS after I placed my order and got my confirmation number. I asked if they could please charge my address and they said “sorry we can’t, our team starts preparing the orders and shipping them right away so there’s nothing we can do” I wasn’t trying to cancel! Literally just needing my address changed! They said no and told me to come back to the chat AFTER my order has shipped and let them know and they’ll be able to put in a request for change of address. Which seems super backwards but I did and was told “sorry your order has already shipped we can’t help you” INSANE! I cannot believe how horrible their customer service is. I will not be shopping with them again and warning you too!

Really low quality for what I paid for and the shipping was super expensive. The box my boots came in was a complete wreck. Never seen anything like it. Shoes looked nothing like the pictures online and could easily tell they were cheaply made.

I usually buy from Dollskill. I tried giving Nastygal a shot and experienced late delivery, overpriced shipping and bad quality.

I ordered the same item 3 x and kept getting only half the order (a bikini, they lost it the first time in shipping, the second time they sent only the top, and convinced me the order was only for a BOTTOM, which they got wrong. IO decided to keep the top and reorder the bottom after way too many emails back and forth about "sending us pictures" which I did MULTIPLE times. The 3rd time I ordered JUST A BOTTOM to with the top they sent by mistake. THIS TIME THEY SENT ME A TOP AGAIN. Never do business with them again. I. AM. DONE.

the clothes look NOTHING like they are advertised. their customer service is horrible and they do not do free returns. so whatever you buy you will most likely hate and then have to pay to send back.

don't spend your money here. I ordered two outfit sets....they sent me one set and a top. They FORGOT TO SEND THE PANTS OF THE OTHER SET. How does that even happen?? I paid for a set....not just a top. It was my first and last time shopping with them. Awful, DO NOT SHOP HERE. Protect your $$$$

I haven't bought from them in years. So i decided let me try them out again. They sent me the wrong product and when I reached out to customer service they weren't helpful at all. I will never purchase a thing from them ever again. I don't even want my money back because it's such a hassle to get refunded. The clothing is cheap and overpriced anyway. I will take further action because this is not righ. A lot of customers are complaining about the same thing.

This company would not correct their mistake without return during COVID-19! This company mailed me the incorrect item, which is not something I have any desire to keep. However, I am required to return the item (DURING COVID-19) in order to receive what I correctly ordered and PAID FOR. This mistake is on them, not on me, to spend my time, money, gas, to send this back across the country and risk my life, when I currently live in one of the most dangerous places in the world for this. All because they won't correct THEIR MISTAKE and correctly provide what I PAID FOR. What unacceptable and abhorrent customer service.

I bought two swimsuits in two sizes each planning to return the ones that didn’t fit. They said I couldn’t return, then the stopped responding! No one should have an experience like that!

Clothing was awful quality, really cheap looking and poor fitting. The returns was expensive, charged at $15. Should be free returns.

Nasty Gal is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They never refund your return purchases. I have had to open PayPal disputes 3x. Each time I have gotten my refund but it was taken months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My last refund was processed June 4th. It is now July 31st and I still have no refund. The only way to contact them is via FB messenger. Awful awful customer service.
