Very poor customer service. No response whatsoever! When they send the wrong item. Very dissapointing. The quality of the the product.. Stay away to keep your mental sanity.

Always on sales to attract people’s eyes. Have ordered 4 pieces- bag is good for shape but has a really bad smell on it; a white knit top whose thickness is nowhere like the image (thought it is for winter but it’s just summer thick); dress is just one poor layer with countless unstitched threads and causes irritation to my skin. The shipping policy was unreasonable-you wouldn’t believe they change the delivery options almost everyday during December. I paid 3 pounds for shipping and the next day it just dropped to 1 for next day delivery. First time and never for nasty gal

I was so excited to get my Nasty Gal package! I opened it up with anticipation, only to be met with disappointment. All of the clothes smelt badly, for starters. I thought, "that's fine, I will take care of it with a wash, no problem." I look through my orders. I originally ordered 4 dresses. I recognized 3/4 of the items. They sent me a sweat set instead of a dress I ordered. "Ok, that's fine... I will return it." I try on one of the three dresses. It's see-through and the fabric is very thin. "Maybe I can make it work... What kind of bra am I even supposed to wear with this...? I don't think I can do this. I guess I will return it." I try on the second of the three dresses only to find that a button was missing. No replacement buttons available. Great. At that point, I was so peeved, I didn't even want to keep the third dress that seemed decent enough. These people just did not deserve my money. I have never felt compelled to write a review for an online clothing store, but this was all just a little too much. Clothes were cute, but I sent everything back. I am never ordering from them again. Tl;dr: Clothes smelt bad, they swapped one of the items I ordered with something else, one of the dresses was missing a button, and one of the dresses was entirely too see-through and thin.

Sizing and quality is very inconsistent. I received several items with tears, falling apart seams, and buttons hanging by a thread. Also for some reason some items had a very strange odor.

SCAm totally a scam ! I ordered on thanksgiving , I’m still checking FedEx website and “still pending “ how that’s even possible ? Zero movement from nov 26 til now ! I Want my money back NOW!!!!! Never ordering again I just want my money back !

I placed my order with Nastygal last month. I received the email confirmation that they received my order. A day or two after that, I received an email that my order had shipped. This was about a month ago, and I still have NOT received my order. I have emailed customer service multiple times letting them know I was concerned that when I check their tracking, there has been no movement of my order since the day after my package went out in the mail. I then check the FedEx tracking number that is included on their tracking information, and that has only said "pending shipping date" since the day I received tracking information, and has not updated. There has been zero movement of my order according to their tracking and FedEx. Their customer service keeps giving me the run around assuring me that my package is still coming. At the beginning of speaking with customer service, they actually told me my order would be delivered November 10th, and to contact them if it doesn't come. Surprise, it didn't come. So I emailed them again, and then they told me to contact them November 26th if I still have not received my package because they are sure my package is still coming. I don't understand how it is still coming if I haven't received any updates on my tracking since day two of my package going out (mid October). The last time I spoke to customer service, I had asked for a refund since it looks as if my package is lost. They wouldn't give me a refund and asked for me to wait longer for my package. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I knew it would take over a month to receive my order, I would have never placed the order. Now I am trying to just get my money back, and their customer service isn't helpful in that area either. I guess I'll have to deal with getting my money back through my credit card company now. Ugh.

Purchasing once with this company is more than enough! Never again. I got these black high waist pants that are supposed to be palazzo pants and a sheer long sleeve with stars on it. I was excited to wear them for Halloween---well they are so cheaply made that as I put on the sheer shirt, the seams literally busted open and threading came apart. Then I tried to take it off by unzipping and the zipper wouldn't move because it had gotten stuck on the sheer fabric. Next came the pants, they were so see through when you held it up toward daylight, you can see directly through to the other side. This experience left such a bad impression on me, I just don't even bother ordering from them anymore and makes me skeptical of any other clothing companies that seem like NG.

Horrific, appalling customer service. Item was very poor quality. When I complained as very bad pilling on 1st wear I was told the item wasn't faulty and that was it. When I questioned them further they actually sent me the definition of pilling and gave me a web link on how to remove it. Utterly shocking and an insult to my intelligence. When I responded and told them I wanted to return for a refund I was told this wasn't possible. Further, the customer service person told me they would no longer respond to any further communication from me - now I understand why they are called "nasty gal" This will be my 1st and last time I will purchase - not the way to treat customers

Worse experience ever! Worse experience ever! You just can't rely on having your order on time, even if you pay for the delivery express. They won't refund until your order arrives and in this case, won't arrive in more than 10 days, and I will not be able to receive it anyway! The client service won't help you to solve your problem! Just be careful and don't trust this company! Wish had read about nasty gal before ordering it

the items I received are nothing like what is pictured when I paid!! zipper was broken and they wouldn’t refund me. Paid extra for rush shipping and it took 10 days when it was promised in 2

the shipping took 2 weeks longer than said it would, after charging $10 for shipping. the quality was awful when it finally arrived, and the service was even worse. plus, they make you pay to return an item which i am doing as it arrived after i needed. awful.

I ordered some stuff and payed extra for express shipping so it was suppose to arrive in 3 days at most. 3 weeks went by and no package, and my order wasn’t even shipped! I then got an email saying that I “returned it” which I never did! They then continued to refund me and they didn’t even give me my $13 for shipping! I had to go to the help desk to ask. They also don’t have a phone number. Bad company.

I used to love this company, the shipping is relatively fast and the items are affordable. However, the quality has consistently been very shitty and obviously cheap. I ordered two pairs of shoes a few weeks ago and they took a very long time to deliver. When they did come, they were BOTH the wrong size and were way too small. There were only a couple left in stock for both item, so I issued a refund/return and reordered the shoes hoping they’d come how I ordered this next time. When they came today, they were the wrong size AGAIN. Too small, very uncomfortable, terrible quality, and awful service. Literally the definition of fast fashion. I will not be shopping here anymore for a multiple of reasons

PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! First of all, the quality of these clothes is absolutely horrible. Most of the products are cheap looking and are made of ugly material. ALL their clothes run small FYI AND they rip easily. SCREAMS TACKY. SECOND, I have made a return on the 1st of October and have received no email that they got my return and how long it would take to get my money back. Also, they make you pay for a return? LIKE if I'm paying for my return, I want a smoother return process. They are extremely hard to get a hold of and they do not even have a phone number!! Seriously, that should have been a MAJOR red flag for me, but I did not know about that until I needed to reach out to customer service. When I finally reached customer service one team member told me I'd have my funds by the 26th, now they are saying I will get the money by the 1st... I will NEVER ever buy from this company again, I had such high hopes from them. Such a tacky company. So disappointing and I will never ever buy clothes from them!

I bought some really really cute boots but they squeak when you walk and i didn't think to return them sooner so i tried a bunch of methods to fix it only to realize after purchasing mink oil and tearing out the sole of my shoe that its a structural flaw not the fake leather or sole.

DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL. Dispicable service, a best it was a mistake and at worst it was theft. Initially, I was sent totally the wrong item (an ugly necklace in place of the dress I ordered). As compensation you would normally expect to receive your purchased free of charge but no, not here. It seems the customer does not come first. They are impossible to reason with and don't seem to care about their reputation. I am still waiting for my refund too. Will not be buying from Nasty Gal or their partners again.
