STAY AWAY. I have been taken for a ride and they have stolen my money. I placed an order and sent it back as it was not suitable after 3 weeks of emails and them saying they have received my order and will refund my money still nothing. They have stolen $152.00 from me and that a lot for me. I placed a review and there Facebook and with a minute they took it down.. Terrible service and this is not okay I have Australia Post receipt they received it back. I will now write reviews everywhere so other consumers are away they will lose their money.

Warning: If you order from NastyGal and they make a mistake, GOOD LUCK getting your refund that you deserve. I ordered clothing on May 29 and it was shipped out May 31. On June 9, I receive an email stating my order was damaged in transit and I will receive a full refund and not have to contact customer service or do anything on my part. Not a problem with me! Mistakes happen that are outside of the company’s fault. A disgustingly ripped package arrives at my doorstep the next day late in the evening. The clothes were exposed and in all honesty, I did not want to inspect the package at all. It looked like a hazardous disaster, so I put gloves on and disposed of it IMMEDIATELY. I am not taking risks during a pandemic and I have no idea what that package has been through, but it was damaged alright. Still, no worries with me because I am going to get a full refund, right? What comes afterwards was absolutely within NastyGal’s hands. I have had no sign of a return at all for days, and I reached out to customer service June 13 and received a response on June 14 that my order was delivered “May 10.” I only ordered one thing from NG from the past year and this was that order. So, I follow up and explain the situation and even include the email that was sent to me PROMISING me a full refund for the damage - no questions asked!!! I should not even have to be going through customer service in the first place. I receive another response stating that the damaged in transit email was sent by “mistake” and there is no proof that the package has been damaged. How was this email sent by mistake?? It was clearly damaged and should have never even been delivered to me in the first place! I forwarded the email to NG explaining that FedEx noted my package was damaged and the promise of a refund. My next two messages were ignored, and all my money went down the drain! I would even take store credit at this point because this is a disaster and I want any compensation at this point for my lost money. I would have sent pictures, but I threw away the filthy package days before reaching out because I was not bringing that into the house, nor did I think I would have to be fighting to get my money. On top of that, I am not getting any responses and feel as if this store is a scam. I am starting to believe that NG does not want to own up to packages being damaged and purposely tell you that they will take care of it and issue a refund, so you don’t take any pictures and they do not want to give any money back. There is no accountability in this company and it appears as if they try to make stuff up, like emails being sent by “mistake.” Please be careful because if you find yourself in the same situation I did, you will LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY. This company is clearly a scam.

Package came quick enough, however the clothes fit terribly and are awful quality. For the price I would expect a lot better. I only shopped here as it’s raved about by all the you tubers. They all must be on nasty gals payroll!

Received an email saying my items were damaged in transit and I would receive a full refund to make up for it. Never received refund. Finally my order arrives and there is damage. I try to speak on their online chat and keep being directed to the business hours, while the business hours are open. Finally get ahold of someone, try to send a photo, I'm told I can't have to send it differently and they advise me to download WhatsApp and send there. No, I don't want to download an app I don't want because y'all don't trust your customers DESPITE the fact fedex told y'all it was damaged and you'd already emailed me. This company is unprofessional, has horrible customer service, and I regret shipping with them. After seeing what others have been through with them, I'm glad my experience wasn't worse.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CLOTHING I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. Not a single item was even wearable. Items cam in broken and it all smelled terrible strangely enough. This company needs to reassess their priorities. I WILL be returning every last item.

This place is a joke . I took a chance and ordered because they were having a 60% off sale . I literally am having to return ever single item I purchased. It is cheap see through clothing . I have received better quality items from SHEIN and Zaful . Which is saying a lot considering their clothes are $7-12 an item regular price (from China ) and nasty gal at 60% off is still triple that. I feel completely scammed . EVERy one of the 14 items I ordered is unwearable. My belt was actually STAPLED together . STAPLED !! Nothing was sized correctly , my medium body suite fit like an extra large and my medium skirt fit like a small. Do not waist your time or money .

this company never gave me a refund after i keep complaining to them that it never showed up in my bank statements and took more than a month to deliver my items that i am now trying to return

This company is a JOKE do not order from them. I placed an order that I never received and am still waiting on refund. Very poorly run company. Save yourself the inconvenience and do not order from them!

I paid for rush shipping and my order is a week late. When I reached out to customer service who apparently only has an email and no phone number (horrible customer service) they let me know they could not refund my rush shipping that i asked for because it was out of their control. KNOWING they are having fedex delays, you shouldn’t even allow rush shipping at checkout. Unreal. I will never shop here again. Waste of money.

I used to order from here all the time and no issues; however, I paid for 2-3 day shipping and it’s been over two weeks. I tracked it and it has made no progress. I had no idea this company was run by boohoo in another country now. Please be more transparent with customers.

Inaccurate sizing. They sent me the item I wanted, which was some trousers, in the wrong colour, I sent them back and was refunded (you are never reimbursed for shipping which is poor customer service), I ordered the same trousers again, in the same size, but the colour I wanted, and they’re nowhere even close to fitting, it’s as though they’re 10 times too small.

I purchased 4 clearance items from Nastygal a few weeks ago. 3 earrings and 1 necklace. When I opened the package all three of the earrings were broken. I emailed them about the faulty items and they asked for pictures. When I sent the pictures of the damages it’s been a back-and-forth with them for the past few days. JUST GIVE ME A REFUND! I’ll even put the pictures here. Two of the hoop earrings had broken clasps. The other hoop earring had flowers on them that were completely broken off when I opened the package. It’s like they’re arguing with me over $10 earrings. I’m just so disappointed.

Do NOT Purchase from nasty girl. My daughter ordered a bathing suit and they ended up sending us two of the exact same suits separately charging us for both including shipping and handling and it has been a nightmare to try and return both of them as they didn’t fit. Do not waste your money and time!

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing!! Shipping took FOREVER! Which I understood with all the Covid precautions. But once my order arrived, the clothes are horrible quality and they REAK of cigarette smoke and chemicals! I was shocked!!! I will never shop here again. So disappointing!

The shoes feel/look very cheap and are a very weird size. The straps are so long they don’t stay on my feet and don’t look good at all. Very disappointing, wouldn’t buy shoes on here again.
