nasty gal “lost” my order. i ordered on june 4. gave me no information about this until I messaged them SEVERAL times just to be told they will give me my money back! I wanted the $200 worth of clothes i order but i guess there was no way that could happen!! sucks to wait 30 days for you order just to be told they lost it! don’t don’t recommend ordering from them. i’ve never experienced anything like this with any other clothing store

Delivery was late and the package arrived torn open with one of the clothing items exposed and stained. Aside from that, he clothing was made out of very poor quality fabric. Snap buttons didn't fit each other and loose threads hanging out of seams.

Everything I ordered was extremely cheap looking. Satin wrap dress (originally priced at 60 USD) looks like a dollar-store bathrobe. The cotton dress I ordered doesn't have enough fabric to even cover my body (US size 6, 150 pounds, slim athletic build). The last dress I ordered looks so fake that it belongs in a costume wardrobe, not to be worn off the stage because it's so cheaply made. I paid 50 USD in total. I'm sorry to say that every cent was a waste.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews my package came quickly and all the clothes looked stunning on me. 10/10 will be buying from Nasty gal again. All the clothes I received are good quality not cheap looking at all, everything fits well.

Horrible shipping. I ordered my package a month ago and still have not received it or even gotten an estimated delivery date. It has been in Memphis for over a week and has not moved. My friend and I ordered at the same time and she got her package 2 weeks ago.

I ordered an item from NastyGal back on June 6th. I was sent an email saying my order was on the way and would be delivered on June 15th. Okay, no problem right? Well, it is now going on June 21st and my order is currently still sitting in the same spot and the estimated delivery day is completely gone now. If I do not receive my order by Friday I will be contacting my card company to address that I ordered from a scam site and plan to get my money back. I should have looked at reviews before ordering from here because this is a joke. Do not shop here unless you want to be ripped off.

I would like a refund for 2 damaged items I have received with order number GUS10382****.. the items are Product Code: AGG86055-128-35 and Product Code: AGG49529-123-56.... Bridget sent an email stating she would like to proceed with fixing the mistake, and to reply back with photos, I intended to do so and the email response was "OUR EMAIL BOX IS FULL"......I WANT MY MONEY

STAY AWAY. I have been taken for a ride and they have stolen my money. I placed an order and sent it back as it was not suitable after 3 weeks of emails and them saying they have received my order and will refund my money still nothing. They have stolen $152.00 from me and that a lot for me. I placed a review and there Facebook and with a minute they took it down.. Terrible service and this is not okay I have Australia Post receipt they received it back. I will now write reviews everywhere so other consumers are away they will lose their money.

Warning: If you order from NastyGal and they make a mistake, GOOD LUCK getting your refund that you deserve. I ordered clothing on May 29 and it was shipped out May 31. On June 9, I receive an email stating my order was damaged in transit and I will receive a full refund and not have to contact customer service or do anything on my part. Not a problem with me! Mistakes happen that are outside of the company’s fault. A disgustingly ripped package arrives at my doorstep the next day late in the evening. The clothes were exposed and in all honesty, I did not want to inspect the package at all. It looked like a hazardous disaster, so I put gloves on and disposed of it IMMEDIATELY. I am not taking risks during a pandemic and I have no idea what that package has been through, but it was damaged alright. Still, no worries with me because I am going to get a full refund, right? What comes afterwards was absolutely within NastyGal’s hands. I have had no sign of a return at all for days, and I reached out to customer service June 13 and received a response on June 14 that my order was delivered “May 10.” I only ordered one thing from NG from the past year and this was that order. So, I follow up and explain the situation and even include the email that was sent to me PROMISING me a full refund for the damage - no questions asked!!! I should not even have to be going through customer service in the first place. I receive another response stating that the damaged in transit email was sent by “mistake” and there is no proof that the package has been damaged. How was this email sent by mistake?? It was clearly damaged and should have never even been delivered to me in the first place! I forwarded the email to NG explaining that FedEx noted my package was damaged and the promise of a refund. My next two messages were ignored, and all my money went down the drain! I would even take store credit at this point because this is a disaster and I want any compensation at this point for my lost money. I would have sent pictures, but I threw away the filthy package days before reaching out because I was not bringing that into the house, nor did I think I would have to be fighting to get my money. On top of that, I am not getting any responses and feel as if this store is a scam. I am starting to believe that NG does not want to own up to packages being damaged and purposely tell you that they will take care of it and issue a refund, so you don’t take any pictures and they do not want to give any money back. There is no accountability in this company and it appears as if they try to make stuff up, like emails being sent by “mistake.” Please be careful because if you find yourself in the same situation I did, you will LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY. This company is clearly a scam.

Honestly I was super nervous because I balled out and bought so much from Nasty Gal and then I checked this site to read the reviews and as you can see, they're terrible. BUT I guess I got lucky because my package came in a week and everything fits perfect. The Fit Finder on the Nasty Gal website is accurate and can help you find the right size. The quality of the clothes aren't "amazing", but I wasn't expecting "amazing" after reading these reviews. So, I was surprised to see that the quality really wasn't that bad. It all just depends on your personal standards. I also didn't need to sign anything and Fedex just dropped the package off. I hope this helped someone like me who was panicking reading these reviews.

Package came quick enough, however the clothes fit terribly and are awful quality. For the price I would expect a lot better. I only shopped here as it’s raved about by all the you tubers. They all must be on nasty gals payroll!

Received an email saying my items were damaged in transit and I would receive a full refund to make up for it. Never received refund. Finally my order arrives and there is damage. I try to speak on their online chat and keep being directed to the business hours, while the business hours are open. Finally get ahold of someone, try to send a photo, I'm told I can't have to send it differently and they advise me to download WhatsApp and send there. No, I don't want to download an app I don't want because y'all don't trust your customers DESPITE the fact fedex told y'all it was damaged and you'd already emailed me. This company is unprofessional, has horrible customer service, and I regret shipping with them. After seeing what others have been through with them, I'm glad my experience wasn't worse.

I just received my order and to say I’m unimpressed would be an understatement. The shoes were fine, all the shirts I ordered are so thin they’re see through, the skirts are see through, the dresses are so short I can’t move and one of them was so cheaply made I though I was sent crappy sheets. Don’t recommend.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CLOTHING I HAVE EVER PURCHASED. Not a single item was even wearable. Items cam in broken and it all smelled terrible strangely enough. This company needs to reassess their priorities. I WILL be returning every last item.

This place is a joke . I took a chance and ordered because they were having a 60% off sale . I literally am having to return ever single item I purchased. It is cheap see through clothing . I have received better quality items from SHEIN and Zaful . Which is saying a lot considering their clothes are $7-12 an item regular price (from China ) and nasty gal at 60% off is still triple that. I feel completely scammed . EVERy one of the 14 items I ordered is unwearable. My belt was actually STAPLED together . STAPLED !! Nothing was sized correctly , my medium body suite fit like an extra large and my medium skirt fit like a small. Do not waist your time or money .

this company never gave me a refund after i keep complaining to them that it never showed up in my bank statements and took more than a month to deliver my items that i am now trying to return

Very cheap and returns are normal. However, the clothes don’t fit true to size and some of the items in my package were different colors altogether. I wouldn’t recommend this brand, maybe stick to another store.

This company is a JOKE do not order from them. I placed an order that I never received and am still waiting on refund. Very poorly run company. Save yourself the inconvenience and do not order from them!
