Terrible company, placed an order paid through PayPal, made sure the delivery address field was correct as I had moved, sent payment with correct delivery address, then I got an email confirmation with the wrong delivery address. Minutes after ordering I talked to Vicky P who said they couldn't do anything, even though id contacted them immediately, it was out of normal working hours and had not been processed or shipped. If the parcel is signed for then I can't do anything or get a refund. I was very hesitant to order because of the bad reviews on other review sites about this site but I was swayed by the cheap price. Don't do I people, just shop somewhere else, IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!

Received an unwearable jacket (something wrong with the sewing in the sleeve, even sent a video of me trying to put it on🙄) and they told me to turn it into a “DIY” and gave me back half my money😅 probably the first and last time I order from them.

First of all, my shipping still says pending yet the label was created 5 days ago? Second, the sale pricing is a scam and I am very upset. The most recent sale was 50% off. First of all, I ordered a flannel, A FLANNEL, that said its original price was 80 dollars and I paid 40 with the sale (seems RIDICULOUS for a flannel). All the original prices seemed expensive for what the item was and the sale prices seemed way more accurate to what the original prices should be. The store does this to deceive you. I did some research someone recently filed a class-action lawsuit against Nastygal recently for this very issue. Not only that but the next day after I ordered everything I went back on the website to look at the items I ordered. The exact same sale was still running yet the original prices and sale prices decreased on every item I ordered significantly. The sale was the same (50% off) as it was when I made the order (less than 24 hours before). I have screenshots as proof. I sent an email and they basically told me it is what it is. Huge scam. I was a fan but I honestly don't think I will ever order from Nastygal ever again and I suggest you do the same. I hope enough people see this so you do not make the same mistake I did by even ordering from Nastygal in the first place.

This company is dreadful if you are thinking about ordering from them MY advise is not to, order not turned up, cannot get in touch with customer service only on Twitter, than get fobbed off about lost package, than when u look at reviews everyone has the same problems

I have ordered something from nasty gal.com only 3 days ago and I have just read reviews now. My sister got 2 pairs of pyjamas from the website and they did look good but looked very light and thin. I was expecting it to be more since the prices are expensive out of the sale but even shein with prices of £4 for pyjamas have better quality then the pyjamas she ordered. I am still waiting for my order but I expect it to be here in a few days as my sisters only took 4 with the normal shipping. Cross my fingers that they come and are good

I wrote a review yesterday complaining that my ordered hadn't arrived. I contacted Nasty Gal and they responded very promptly on both Instagram DM and Groupme. They reimbursed me for the cost of express shipping AND somehow got my package to me within a day! Had to come back here and give them credit! :)

Where to even start. Called within 30 minutes when I realized I had order the wrong thing. Too late they tell me already processed. So ordered what I really wanted and figured I'd return the wrong one. Ordered well in advance of Christmas never came until January 11th. Repeated requests for updates never given an answer other than "hey man, your item is on it's way". Both delivered and what a joke. The one I actually wanted was nothing like the picture or description and was the wrong color. The first one that I really didn't want was a completely different material, right color though one thing right, and looked like someone took a pair of scissors to it. Horrible. Cant even deal with them and trying to make a return, how long will that take a year??

Terrible service and inaccurate tracking. They used to have great customer service and clothes - AVOID IT. There's a reason the company has 90% off all the time.

Like everyone said below: they are having TERRIBLE shipping problems right now. I ordered something on 11/27/20 and it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received it. I have spoke to customer service 4 times, they refuse to refund me and keep telling me they’re investigating.. having shipping problems due to covid is acceptable, but then maybe tell your customers it won’t come in on time ? Worst customer service experience IMO.

I received only half of my order. It sates on their website that if items are missing, another package will arrive at a later date. Thinking the rest of my order was on its way, I decided to return the items in the original package (which were very bad quality) before 14 days had passed. When I tried to return the package, customer service refused to reimburse me for the items that were missing and refused to see if another package was on its way. It has been over a month now and they have ignored me. The items are not worth it at all the the customer service is absolutely horrible. Do not purchase anything from them unless you want to get scammed.

I purchased from them for the first time and I’ve got to say I was really disappointed. The few clothing items I ordered were cute and okay but I ordered a few pairs of shoes too and they were awful quality for the price. Also they sent me one pair that was ginormous. I ordered a US size 6 in women’s and they sent a pair that had to of been a size 10 or 11 but with the number 6 printed on it. Another pair was pure foam, super cheap and awfully made for $45. I’ll never buy from them again.

This leather jacket came in a rancid smelling bag. This bag contained the jacket which smelled like foul intimate areas. Other known as trout smelling. This is absolutely not okay, it made my whole room smell like intimate areas. I will never be buying coochie leather again.

Wish I could give zero stars. Three out of five clothes I ordered from them was the completely wrong size... like wtf you literally had one job. Also, after reading about how much fast fashion is causing pollution, im out. Probably uses slave labor to keep prices down as well. Never ordering from this company again.

So disappointed. I purchased 21 items, all loungewear. The fabric and fit are terrible. Thin cheap material, shirts are really oversized. Bottoms fit small. If you gave it to me for free I still wouldn’t want it. On the website the fit and quality looks really great. Great way not to have repeat customers.
