Our new stools are beautiful, comfy and sturdy. My husband was able to assemble them with ease.

Bar cart came completely scratches up. Side table doesn’t even remotely resemble the one I ordered. Completely beyond disappointed

The order that we placed with Nathan James arrived before promised and was easily tracked with a tracking number they provided. I would definitely order from them again.

DO NOT order through Nathan James!! I ordered a product and was estimated a delivery to be 9 days there after. I was checking the status and never saw any updates just that the label was created. The delivery date rolls around and the status changes to pending so naturally I tried reaching out to the company. It has been 10 DAYS since I tried reaching customer service and have received ZERO RESPONSE. Their text option replies hi and then does not actually do anything. Their phone number rings and places you on hold and after a certain amount of time it times you out and hangs up on you. They do not respond to emails. It is bu far the worst customer service I have dealt with because they simply just don’t respond to you!!! It is one thing to have a product delivery delayed, it is completely unacceptable to not deliver the product and go over 2 weeks of without communication. THE WORST PART is I even received an email asking “how we did” !!! Save yourself the heartache and headache.

This is an urgent issue which we've taken immediate action to fix. To fix this, we're expanding our team to offer more reliable service as we've been understaffed on our Customer Happiness team. I also apologize to hear that your delivery wasn't ever scanned at FedEx's initial hub. When this happens we wait our typical 10 business days to ensure it was lost-in-transit before sending a replacement. Upon deciding it was lost, instead of sending a replacement, we both decided it was best to fully refund your purchase. There was a mixup with my order, I contacted customer service on a Saturday, it was one of the fastest and best customer service experiences I’ve had. Very helpful in sorting things out. And I’m happy with my purchase.

I’m so disappointed in this product! It is poorly made. I’m trying to return it & have little to no luck with customer service. Would NOT recommend buying from them unless you want to be out your money!

I thought the table I ordered was of a better quality but I am pleased with it overall. I’m just glad I got it for such a wonderful price. I will be a returning customer but will only order items on clearance or at high discount due to the quality.

Love this bookshelf! Easy to assemble. Holds lots of books. Looks far more expensive than it was.

I ordered a coffee table and it arrived damaged. Within an hour Nathan James responded to my call and sent me another coffee table free of charge. I didn’t have to worry about returning the damaged one and the new one came within a week. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received!
