“I love the nightstands I purchased! They were well packed for delivery, very easy to assemble and very well made. One nightstand of the wrong color was sent originally, but the I was able to speak with a real person on the customer service line and he was friendly, helpful and able to rectify my problem immediately. I would definitely order from Nathan James again.”

“These nightstands are amazing quality! They game practically fully assembled but packed very well, so it took us maybe 10 minutes to assemble and get them in place. They are so cute and seem very sturdy.”

“terrible. You sent me extra items that I did not request because their website is. I have two boxes that came in we're not open waiting to go out and you've been back-and-forth with me on emails giving me the runaround, to reach your team and get this label for me. At the label never comes. It feels as if you're just waiting for me to forget about the return. I've never had a more difficult time returning.”

“I bought a Scandinavian TV stand. The instructions weren’t clear. Some of the pieces don’t line up and a screw was missing. It ended up breaking. And then the no hassle customer service that you’re supposed to get, I got an email asking me to click a link after I already sent in proof of purchase. I’m not clicking any links after I’ve already sent you proof. Never again with this company. Since they’re not going to do their part with integrity I just glued and screwed it back together myself.”

“By far the best customer service out there! I received a damaged item and although customer service took a few days to get back to me when did they.. they hit it out of the park! They sent me a new product immediately, checked in with me on how it was, and I even received a chocolate box weeks late apologizing for the experience. I write a lot of reviews and Nathan James is by far the best customer service out there. Regarding the products, they look good and are at an affordable price range!”

“I recently bought two nice-looking bar stools from Nathan James for my home and assembled them by myself using the clear instructions. When I realized they weren't going to do the job (wood color wasn't quite what I wanted and they were a bit wobbly for our tall household), I decided I needed to return them. The instructions had stated that they had a hassle-free return policy. Wow, was that true! I called the number and a very nice customer service representative quickly refunded my purchase without making me disassemble everything and package it back up. I was very impressed! Great customer service.”
